It sounds like a good idea... but you'd need to see that there's a satisfiable amount of people willing to RP in the Ar tonelico universe (that.. might be the hardest).
Plus, the Ar tonelico world is not without many holes if you're going to set it up in other timeline(s) of the towers (..unless it's a "AU" of some sort). So.. the background info isn't the easiest to compile either unless you're setting it somewhere close or in the events of the stories.
I'm recall there's a plan for one earlier from another user.. but it's a few months ago since it was discussed. 8D;

I'd be happy to support in any way that I can, but I advise against it.
RP guilds rarely go well for more then a month or two.
