Okay so I think we should do a halloween event.
My suggestion is a costume contest and winner gets a prize, or a trick or treat forum. The trick or treat forum would consist of all, or most, people of the guild. Everyone who posts in the forum is allowed to "trick or treat" others who posted in the forum. So basically you ask for a small item. Those who dont post in the forum cant trick or treat because they aren't giving anything back.
The gifts can be something like 40 gold or an item worth as much, or whatever you guys want

So should I start the trick or treat thing on halloween? Or should I set up a costume contest and the winner gets something like 25000 gold?

you can do whatever you wish.25k is alot and a starfish even more its up to you honestly this is your idea and its a great one.
if u wanna start it before halloween for people to be able to get ready that would be cool.

Let's see... I think you can at least start on a Halloween costume contest. But don't announce the winner til Halloween. The trick or treating part should definitely be on Halloween. It'll make it that more fun.
