Many Nova have heard stories of Noah. He makes his home in one of the tallest hills, in a lone cave that doesn't connect to any others. And he's been there for as long as any living Nova could remember.
Most of the stories say he's crazy. He talks to himself, and claims that he's talking to things like rocks, trees, and spirits of the dead. Is it true? Nobody but him really knows.
He's a healer, though the crazy thing usually keeps the Nova from visiting him. But the most desperate Nova do sometimes, and find out that it's not just a story. He relies on a lot of things-- herbs, chants, strange ceremonies. Some say that it's just the willpower of the Nova being healed that does it, but the ones who experience it usually disagree.
But one thing is puzzling... Noah never really looks any older. For years he's lived in his cave, alone. Generations pass and he still remains young-looking. Because of this, even the most disbelieving Nova can't help but believe in him just a little bit...
