Into the woods, and out of the woods, and home before dawn.
We begin with a humble cast. Four travelers who do not yet know of eachother, or of their cojoined fates. We have first the one who would become their warrior, the great and strong We have the scout and all around pyromaniac, The some what ditzy soccress The not quite sure what role she'll play And the victims who must be rescued at all costs, played by as well as multiple counts of "Sir not appearing in this film"
And so it would come to pass that each of our heroes would be summoned to come before the Wizard Suliman to receive advice and aid in reclaiming what they have lost.
Daemon would have awoken to find his precious baby sister missing without a trace and would know that the Wizard was said to know how to find people, and that he would help for a price. Dream logic would push the surly pony to seek his aid.
Kindle would find beside her when she awoke a simple letter. "I have fallen in love and have run away to be with my new husband, Prince Yasi. Please do not look for me," however it was clear to any who knew Sohira at all that she had not written that note, and there were signs of a struggle where she usually slept. By her bed it looked as though she had scraped the letters "WIZA" shakily with a back leg. Almost as though Sohira had been trying to tell her sister something. To find the wizard and ask for advice, perhaps.
Natalia had been finally enjoying some peace and quiet in her small tree house in flutter valley when her aging grandmother had flown to her with dire news, one of her siblings had been kidnapped. It was up to Natalia to get advice from the wizard and save the day. -.- What a shock.
Kaleido Star had been looking in her mirror when the vision appeared. To find her destiny which had been stolen, she had to seek out the wizard and ask his advice, but she must hurry or her chance would be gone forever.
And so! Our somewhat dubious band of heroes would find themselves in the waiting room of the Wizard. It was not unlike the waiting room of a doctor's office. A bored looking Kirin receptionist had bade them each wait there, without even taking their names, then returned to her magazine, and soon all four had assembled.

Daemon paced, well and thoroughly ticked off. Someone had dared take his baby sister... whose name he couldn't quite recall. But that hardly mattered. No one touched his family. NO ONE.
Kindle studied her hoof, ignoring the pacing legend for the moment. She had every faith that Sohira was putting up a fight, but she wasn't going to risk her sister's life on her ability to get away. Besides, something was going to blow up somewhere, she was sure of it. Quite possibly the top of that fiery pony's head.

Natallia spread her wings then fluttered them in irritation... and in fear. Her siblings might drive her crazy, and she might have left home to get away from the chaos, but she still loved them. Actually she loved them more when she was alone in her small tree house listening to the rest of the world having fun. She would admit she loved them, but she wouldn't admit that she missed them. Not yet. But now one of the kids was missing. And more, it was a baby that she hadn't even met yet, a little girl born after she had left. She would find her! If only this wizard would hurry up.
Kaledio Star looked at the other ponies. "This is my grand fate?" she muttered. "myself and three other poinies waiting in a white walled waiting room, wondering and wandering?" she sighed heavily.

Daemon snorted. "Not hardly," he snapped at the Kirin. "If you have a fate, it's most likely something trite like to go on some grand quest. Such things are always the case." Fed up, he stalked to the receptionist. "How much longer is this going to take? I have things I need to do!"
"Don't get your tail in a twist," Kindle drawled. "He'll get to you when he gets to you."

A door burst open and a grand aged pony came out. Hard to tell what he was. He looked something of a dragon and something of a legend. A long white beard flowed from his chin loose to his knees, then it wove into a number of needle thin braids that trailed to the ground. His white main draped over one side of his face and was braided into his beard below the knees. his tail was hidden under a robe oh dark blue with golden embossed stars. His eyes were a deep rich and regal gold, picking out the stars and catching the light so they shone. "Trite?" He said. He spoke softly, but there was a feeling of a roar coming from him. "Quite to the contrary child, there is nothing at all trite about what you four shall do. The answer to each problem here is in the same place. I will give you the means to take back what has been stolen from you. Much like this line had been stolen from a once and future great movie. Legend, you seek your sister, but the distance is great, and such is your bond that already you are like as not forgetting her. Can you say with certainty her name, or how she looks? However, if you find her in time, all will be restored to you. Pixie, you too seek a sister. She was kidnapped by the same foul beast who has calmed the Legend's sister, and yours as well," he said to Natalia. "And you," he said to Kaleido Star, "He has stolen your thread of fate. It was part of your fate to meet each of the kidnapped girls. However as he has stolen it, you have met their siblings instead. When you find the thread you will find your destiny, have friends, and more, finally, your name will gain a consistant spelling."

Daemon twitched. The old fool was right. He was forgetting his sister... "What do we do?" he growled. If he had to hook up with a much of idiots, he would.
"Oh, fun," Kindle sighed. "A quest."

"I... want to find my destiny.." Kaleido star said, shaking a bit. "It would be nice for people to remember how to spell my name, and to see something other then my own room. I will do what ever it takes!"
Natalia nodded. "I'm in."
The wizard nodded. "Well then, I shall grant you a map that changes to find the foe, though should he not move over much, you'll not see the map move."
Sholazar smiled, he had stolen that map from a young Demonex with quite the mouth's dream.
"I shall also grant you each abilities that may come in handy, step forward... um... yeah... so I don't know your names, so bear with my," he said dropping to a much meeker almost geeky voice. He returned to his booming voice. "Step forward oh lone male to receive your power."

"Daemon," he growled as he stepped forward. "My name is Daemon."
Kindle watched the only male, sparing a thought to the fact that he was cute. Maybe she could have a bit of fun while she searched for Sohira. Her sister wouldn't begrudge her, she was sure.

"Ah yes, young Demon, you posses the anger and strength needed, this I shall add to this and grant you the powers of a fighter." he waved a hoof in an odd circular motion around Daemon's head. He sent power surging into Daemon's muscles, strengthening him and adding to his endurance as well. He waved his hoof in the air before Daemon and a sword appeared as well as a pair of leather hoof covers for his fore hooves. Bare of arms, or wielding your mighty named sword, you will be a terror. To unleash the true potential of you r sword, you must call it by it's name. The gloves will aid you as well. Do you understand, Demon?"

"ah now, I can't just tell you that. Rules, you understand."
"He doesn't know," the receptionist drawled. "He bought it at a fellow Wizard's garage sale and chucked it in the storage room."
"Hush! Arcane secrets!"
The kirin shrugged lazily, blew a bubble with her gum, and flipped pages of her magazine absently.

"So you gave me a sword with a name that you don't know, and tell me that only when I speak its name can I unleash it's true potential?" stressed

"It's still a sword!" he whined in his geeky voice. Then he shook his head and returned to his booming one. "It still cuts, Demon, if you find fault in it, look to the wielder."
