Lelouch of cource,but Rai's Geass [from the japanese PS2 game Code Geass Lost Colors] is better. It's the same one,but it's activated by voice and not by eye contact.

Lelouch's Geass. For one thing, his can do almost the exact same thing as Mao's and Charles'. Except Mao doesnt need eye contact. But Lelouch can just order people to forget something and give him information. He can also order people to love him too so that also cancels out CC's Geass. And because it's just awesome! blaugh blaugh blaugh
