well this sounds exciting [/sarcasm].
kinda sounds like they're trying to tide us over or trying to please us through useless means to me :/ and i didn't particularly like the wording of the announcement, saying 25k is measly (which it may be nowadays, but it's still a good chunk of money) and calling people who choose not to participate fools.
though 1 mil sounds good, this is like any other lottery or raffle; try as you might, there's still only a small chance you're going to win.

I agree; I hate how it was worded too. And it's not like the vast majority are going to win even 1k anyway. : /

Their announcement was rude and uncalled for in the way they worded it. I don't even want to do the daily chance until this is over.

I think they were joking about the whole "measly" thing.
Atleast, that what it seemed like to me, just trying to make a joke of it.
Like being sarcastic, saying it's not alot when it really is.
And the whole fool part is just to draw more people in.
They wouldn't actually think you're a fool if you don't use Daily Chance.
I took no offense to the announcement at all, I thought they were just making light of the situation.

funny thing about this my mule got a 1 mill ticket today in the daily chance...so I'm on edge here...either sell it for 20K or keep and and have a tine tiny chance of wining...hhmmmm *sits and strokes beard pondering*

I thought the wording was very rude. Like all I have on my account is like 26k and I'm all: Well gee thanks gaia... I saved up this gold for a long time, I'm proud of myself. = n = Jerks.
Cuz normally once I get to 10k, I spend it all on clothes or something. :> I dunno what I'm questing for, but once I find out, I'll be on a good start!
But ya. Poor choice of wording really ticked me off earlier. I was very mad at whoever wrote that because that was very rude.
Hope you win Spider if you choose to keep it.
