Apperance:Physical Description: Ryou has messy blond hair to the middle of his neck. He has icy blue eyes and his skin in fairly pale. The is 6'2" tall and has an athletic build. He has the boyish face to make him look younger than he should but now he is pretty young for his age and for how long he has been in the Seireitei. His left arm is more developed than his right since he is left handed ((advantage is sword fighting)). Ryou's legs are much stronger than his upper body and well built, not very noticeable because of the academy's attire. With his legs as they are give him strong steps and increased speed in his strides. if you need a picture.

Personality: Ryou is very thoughtful. Usually planing out moves in his mind and the best time to use them or if they would work at all. He likes to help around other members of his squad and glad participate in a spar with another squad members as long as he would think it will help them improve there fighting tactics.Ryou is highly protective of his friends and will stand up to any opponent if they threaten any harm to any of the shinigami. Ryou is a very cheerful character and is a good at making friends quickly. He is always confident not matter the situation he is put in.
Bio/History: Ryou grew up in a family who seemed to always had some one working for the Seireitei. at least one from each new generation that was brought to the home. The Tenjou Family always took in many kids that seemed to have no place to go so the family had many members from many places. Ryou started in the academy around when he looked like he was around his first years as a teenager. By the time Ryou graduated he had a seance of wanting to protect every one he had gotten along with. Back to Ryou's life in the realm of the living he can only remember pain lots and lots of pain. the truth is he was just a few weeks old when he had died so his memories were very fragile and could get lost ever so easily. He was seen to him mother a reminder of his father that left her for younger woman. His mothers hatred was inflicted on him in turn leading to his death. Ryou had ended up being taken care of by a big family in the second district of the Rukongai.
Ryou wanted to find a way to protect things he feels that is special to him like family and friends, going to the Seireitei academy felt like the right thing to start working to his goals to be strong enough to protect those that he loves. He also want's to prove himself to be able to be one others can depend on in times of need.

Skills: Even thought Ryou is tall he is amazingly fast. Ryou has a high level of endurance so he can tolerated pain and keep himself fro getting exhausted for a long amount of time. Ryou in basic combat relies on his skill in swordsmanship. he does not feel he would use much of kidou unless he was really in a pinch. He is strong in his sword skills but is very bad at hand to hand combat. Oddly enough his kidou is slight bit above average but he doesn't like to use it unless he had to.
