Halloween should have no symbol! That's one of the best beauties of it! That ther eis no one single overpowering symbol! Better than Anarchy! Any picture will do, a ghost, pumpkin, the great pumpkin, the boogeyman, the pumpkin king from this is halloween. It's better than Chritmas for this reason and so many other reasons! Although I think Marilyn Manson should be the Representative, if there should be one at all.

Manson shouldn't be the rep. Like you said almost anything would do. So why a set symbol now.

Christmas doesn't have just one symbol. Christmas has got Santa Claus, Candy Canes, Snowmen, Pine Trees, Wreaths, and a ton of other s**t. You know what else? Halloween sucks because it appeals to you and all of your tiny baby mallgoth marilyn manson kids.
