Far enough from the academy to not signal them right away, there is another wasteland. It stretched in a straight line, several miles long, and straight through the side of a mountain. The same effects from the previous test sites are evident. There is a long strip of glass running through the entire scar, and there is a clean half-circle cut out of the side of the mountain, visible from many miles away. This time, the massive Bardiel can be seen stalking up and down the sandy wasteland, along with several other, smaller, agents, most clad in heavy cloaks. Every one of them seemed to be gathering information on the lasting effects on whatever made this scar, and would not respond unless one were to get in their way. The same might not be said of Bardiel.

Kaimen had disappeared fro the Tsuchi Dojo, and with good reason. Investigation, he needed to know what was going on. Children, Demons, Robots, it all didn't make sense to him. His conversation with Iri stuck as he came upon the second Wasteland.
Removing himself for the earth he peered at the devastated land before him.
"Who.."

A few of the cloaked figured were huddled around each other, discussing something in hushed voices. There were seven in this group. Two others were standing to either side of the group, while five more stood nearby, keeping watch, it seemed. Bardiel was rather far from Kaimen, and wasn't seeming to pay any attention. There were two without cloaks. One was a middle-aged woman, wearing what looked like a dark red military uniform. She was near Bardiel, following after the mech. The other was out of direct sight, but what could easily be seen was the bright white hair reflecting the sunlight. Kaimen's gut should tell him that he was being watched, but noone seemed to have noticed him, or if they did, they didn't care.

"Them?"
Kaimen simply waved his hand over his face, seeming to disappear completely within a Gale of Leaves. Normal eyes wouldn't know the difference, but his chakra flared momentarily. Before vanishing. He meant to ease drop on the people talking.

The circle of cloaked figures' speech was broken, with thick accents, but the just of the conversation was based around the destructive capabilities of the Bardiel, and how it could be used in military strategy. Bardiel's attention quickly focused on the group from afar, and it began to steadily make it's way over to them.

~I'm so totally not here.~
Kaimen thought keeping an ear about. He saw the large machines movements but did nothing at first, he wanted more information.

A loud siren rang out and the group looked at Bardiel, some with looks of horror. They quickly scrambled to move out of it's way. When it got near Kaimen, it got down on all fours, and began to move like it was sniffing around, a low growl emanating from it's shielded head.

"Yeah..."
Kaimen didn't really need anything else to know he was spotted.
"Toge!"
His camouflage broke as he jumped, sinking quickly into the earth, a large, flat column up earth shot up under the Mechs head quickly, to throw it off.

Bardiel reeled back with a metallic whine before it righted itself and began to pump it's massive wings to send a gale in front of him. A few of the spectators were knocked off their feet and pushed a good distance, while the sand in front of Bardiel was blasted away in ten-foot deep sheets. The woman behind the mech narrowed her eyes. She was debating on whether or not to call a retreat.

~That was just, just bad.~
Kaimen thought, laying sideways under many layers of earth.
~As long as they can even detect me in the slightest, there's no way I'll be able to get any GOOD information. But maybe...~
Above ground, anyone in the vicinity could feel it, the ridiculous amount of chakra that seemed to burst from nowhere. Soon, a breif rumbling, and then, the ground split, shifting and churning until a large form of Kaimen made from the earth had risen just as tall as the Robots themselves, with Kaimen, standing on it's shoulder.
"Kuchiyose no Jutsu: Gigas Kaimen"
He said, grinning under his helmet.
Again, he used another leaf and appeared to vanish.

Before the giant was even out of the ground fully, Bardiel aims a punch to slam the side of it's buckler into the golem's chest. The group of people scampered out of the way, running into the blackened forest, gaining the attention of the white-haired person on the other side of a boulder. Just as the woman in red began to step forward and command Bardiel to withdraw, she caught sight of the white-haired person. They were wrapped in a cloak, with only the long, silvery strands of hair hanging out from under the hood. The woman in red quickly caught herself and held back, moving away just far enough to still keep an eye on the fight, speaking to herself.
"Damn it, we haven't tested this yet. This is foolish... What the hell are you thinking keeping him here?"

The golem, seemed to explode on impact with the fist, but something was different! Indeed, the attack, connecting with the chest seemed to cause little to no damage. As the Gigas formed it's outer layers, combining now stranded fragments of metal onto it's form it created a counter attack, using the Robots arm to lock it in place with kneeing it where the ribs would be on a human.

Bardiel took the knee to the body and spread it's wings. It beat backwards and up, the earth rumbling with the force of the energy shooting from it's back, boosting it enough to lift the golem. There was a loud whine as some of the green energy pooled in the buckler. It was preparing to release that energy.

Without delay the Golem, now completely shaped, focused all of it's might into a crushing elbow, down upon the captured arm, with both of the opposing forces, Kaimen thought that would be enough force to break it cleanly off. If not, the golem would simply be dragged into the air with the mechanical beast, not showing any sign of releasing it's grip.

Rai began to crackle off of it's left arm right before the elbow hit. As the tremendous amount of force hit the mech's arm, something unexpected happened. All the energy it had been storing up to use in a forceful blade attack was released in a blinding explosion of green and gold. It should have been more than enough to blow the golem clean in half, judging from how it was holding the mech's arm. The buckler would easily be shattered, along with Bardiel's armor on that arm, leaving the metal skeleton and glowing crystals exposed, along with the entire frame blackened and scuffed. It would continue flying up, either way.
The white-haired woman looked up at the explosion as her hood fell back. She was wearing large silver headphones, along with a bored expression. The beat of the song could be heard from nearby, through the headphones, and she didn't seem phased at all by the fight, only interested.
