Just when I thought things couldn't become worse, now the little Gaian kiddies want to be paid 1000 gold to cyber!?
This is an outrage.

This is quite possibly the breatest untapped market on Gaia and I believe that we need to tap into this heretofore unused resource.
Have stables of "escorts" that will provide "company" for a few thousand gold per "session."
Turn the gold around on IGE or something for actual cash. Five bucks for a thousand or something.
Quick and easy money!
We can even use proper English spelling and grammar so people feel like they are actually talking to someone sophisticated who cares.

WELCOME TO THE INTERNET ********, I totally second Gamera's notion. Hell, I offer myself volunteer with my girl avatar. God knows how I used to spend entire Saturday evenings cybering with dirty old men while sending them photos of goth girls.
OKAY SHUT UP I WAS YOUNG AND BAD TEMPERED BACK THEN.
Anyway, yet another true story. Yours truly once was invited to join a virtual prostitution ring in Online horror show Second Life. More of a high class escort job, but still. Cyberse> Too bad I chickened out of the whole thing sweatdrop

The emotional stains never wash away, no matter how much you scrub them.
This is more information on this topic than I care to know.

Renardius I'm not surprised at all. I wouldn't expect anyone here in the AYGGS to be surprised by this but I find it amusing how much Denique Victoria, the girl who started the thread over in GAIA Community Discussion, kept going on about how shocked it made her and how she was just so disturbed that she immediately exited towns. Denique Victoria But she was a hooker. I think I've been traumatised. gonk

Should've kept my male avatar and dress up as a gigolo and prostitute myself. Then I'd have lots of fake useless gold. Uh huh 3nodding
Kids these days are sick. When you check the Christmas wishlist for unfortunate families, all the girls are asking for make-up. When your parents can barely afford to feed you, maybe you'd ask something more useful for x-mas like a coat or boots but not make-up. confused

On one hand I agree with you, and on the other hand that means that unfortunate kids shouldn't ask for toys either.

Peppy the Pirate If they were born responsible adults they wouldn't be kids! True, but maybe if they were born with responsible adults for parents they wouldn't be such sick kids! xp
