so i was off for the past few days because of a tooth issue. WELL ITS GONE! I GOT THE STUPID MOTHER****** OUT biggrin
I didnt feel a thing when it happened. they gave me laughing gas so i felt fuzzy and tingly and heavy and i was staring at things and i found it soo funny when he was giving me stitches xD. and i saw the tooth and like WOW. HUGE! like OMG i couldnt believe how big it was o.o. like "it was in my mouth?"
So absolutely no pain when the pulling was happening...it was later when it started
it all started with the freezing wearing off! LIKE OMG! I have never been in such constant mouth pain before! T__T so now I am not allowed to smoke for three days. so i apologize if i am a bit bitchy razz
anyone ever had laughing gas before?

Because I'm terrified of dentists, they had to give to me everytime I went for a while when I was younger (even for cleanings). XD;
Ugh, I hate when it wears off though (the freezing) ... last time I had something pulled out, the pain was near unbearable, and I was at school with no pain killers. D8

I don't recall the pain of having my wisdom teeth removed... it might of been so bad I forced myself to forget about it, or there was no real pain. Not sure.

saturnwonder I don't recall the pain of having my wisdom teeth removed... it might of been so bad I forced myself to forget about it, or there was no real pain. Not sure. You smoke? eek

i hate the feeling of the freezing wearing off >.< i can tolerate the pain, and the numbing is kinda funny, but the numbing wearing off is the weirdest sensation ever gonk
i always get laughing gas when i get a filling done because otherwise i'm uber nervous no matter how many times i've done it before. plus that stuff is fun. the weightless feeling is great. but i'm not addicted to it, because whenever i get it, i'm going through something unpleasant.
gasp! bad Tammi. you shouldn't smoke. i really don't see the appeal of it (because it seems to cause more problems than it fixes), but if it's how you live, it's how you live *shrugs* then again, compared to all my friends i'm such a stickler; i don't care to drink, i hate the idea of smoking, and i don't want to have anything to do with drugs if i can help it

You are all lucky... My body does not respond to anesthetic, It takes much much more then what a normal person should have for it to actualy have an effect on me. My orthodontist pumped me full of OxyContin and injected me with 2 needles full of that freezing s**t.Even with all of that I STILL felt them drill through, then break apart 3 of my wisdom teeth...
It hurt like a son of a b***h but I was fully healed in 2 days!

I've never had laughing gas before, but when they removed my wisdom teeth I was put under, like SUPER anesthesia. I was fine til it wore off...I even had hydrocodone, but it barely helped. Even on the max dosage of hydrocodone I was in constant pain and I was bleeding for like three days straight...so I constantly felt woozy from pain killers and blood loss.
In short...I hate tooth removal now. lol. But I'm sorry that yours is still bothering you...hopefully you can make it through the wilderness! *roots for you*
