The forest hadn’t changed much in her absence, and thus far neither had the guards. Using shadows as cover the female made her way through the territory of east Ikebokuro, silently she laughed to herself as she neared the large body of water centered inside the territory, her old home. It was time to make her presence known to those who made their home here she knew, so why not do it with a splash?
Disregarding everything but her sword the female jumped into the lake with a large splash, grinning like mad at the chaos she would ensure during her homecoming.
Liraeal came up for a breath and splashed loudly, more then likely waking up the old bat of a scenery that had watched over her lake in that day and age.

Youko's ears twitched and a smile crept over his face. "We have a visitor..." he said quietly placing down a white stone on the latticed board in front of him. It was a game of GO an ancient strategy game played in Japan, and old past time of his. The pale Angora's tail twitched as his picked up another piece and fingered the white ivory stone.
The smokey colored Mau sat across the board, thumbing an onyx stone carefully. He looked over the board and the stone, Youko was beating him by two points. "Shouta..." he whispered under his breath before it registered with his what the other had said. "W'at did you say?" he asked looking up.
Youko smiled to himself and took a swig from the large bottle at his side. "We have a visitor." he said with a smile. "They are at the lake. Female by the sounds of it, wonder if she's pretty." he grinned. He loved females, many may have called him a lecherous pervert, and he's often proudly admit to it, but all the same he loved a good game of chasing skirts around the bars in Ikebokuro.
Raco stood up , looking out towards the direction fo teh lake. "I s'all go investigate." he muttered slamming down his piece. "I win" he said and walked away.
"Ohh you're no fun..Wait! WHAT?" he yelled looking at the board. Sure enough the damn cat had tricked him into a false sense of security and had played him! "Damn it all Raco, that's not fair!" he whined trotting after the Mau raising a fuss the entire way.
"VALIANT" Raco called out, toning out Youko's persistent whining at losing the match. If Youko was right and they had a female intruder on their hands it was best if he had a Konouichi with them.

Valiant was perfectly content until the billowing sounds of Raco’s voice disturbed her tranquility. The female sighed heavily and turned the page of the complete works of Lewis Carroll that her children had brought her home one night. If he wanted her he would have to ask nicely, and she was half tempted to tell him such, but decided it best just to leave him be and come in her own time.
Ishtar carefully braided Raina’s hair weaving in bits of heather and other beautiful flowers that brought a soft fragrance to her unruly locks. He smiled to himself, Valiant seemed to be getting better, not always doing everything quiet and demure like. He laughed happily as Raina struggled for what felt like the millionth time, oh how he used to be as Impatient as she was… the healers had punished him for it long enough, with the scolding “patience is key.” He looked up at his mother and grinned.
“You know you should go, he’s just going to get even more bitchy, especially if something’s wrong and you just disappear.”
Raina seeing her mother sigh and set down her book and stand, bounded out of Ishtar’s grip at last and gripped her mother’s jacket. “Momma can I come with you pleaseeeeee?” She batted those long lashes framing mismatched eyes and valiant felt her heart melt, she looked over at Ishtar for reassurance and he sighed heavily.
“go right ahead, the damn things falling out anyway.”

Liraeal smiled to herself as she made out Raco’s large form in the trees. That had to mean her lovely Asha would be there to greet her, Asha always knew when Liraeal sounded off the alarms, so why then was everyone coming out? She pondered aimlessly and shrugged to herself, floating on top the water. She briefly made out light blond hair very close to Raco and frowned. Something else was different here, something she knew she wouldn’t like much.

Raco could see the female up ahead, but he couldn't make her out exactly. "Youko, does somet'ing seem...familiar to you?" he asked looking back at the Angora. his insides squirmed a little, something told him this wasn't going to be a pleasant meeting. The Mau merely shrugged off the awkwardness though, if the figure ahead was a danger he could not let anything surprise him.
Youko held a hand over his gold eyes as he looked forward and a grin spread over his face. "Why yes I do believe she is familiar!" he said striding ahead of Raco towards the lake. "Love! It's about time you joined us at our new home here in Ikebokuro! Even I made it here before you did." he laughed holding out his arms to the nude Toyger Mistress as though expecting a hug.
Raco watched Youko take the lead his jaw hanging loose, she was...one of them? How could he not have noticed? He took forward after Youko and realized why...she was nude. Raco was no stranger to the nude female form but he turned his eyes away at the female. He knew her alright. but he held back, waiting for Valiant to come. He'd leave Youko to fend for himself with Liraeal.

Valiant slapped Raco’s arm hard when she neared him, growling angrily “don’t you treat me like im going to come to your every summon like some dumb common mutt!” Raina clutched to her mommy’s shoulders in a piggy back ride and grinned at her father. “Its not like you actually watch the children, do you not care if they get kidnapped or something?!” The Manx growled louder “are you even listening to me?!” Finally the female followed looked the opposite way he was and saw Youko opening his arms to embrace a female… a… nude female…
“Crap!” Val turned her eyes quickly away, blushing and tugged Raina off her shoulders, dumping the child in Raco’s arms.
Raina looked up at her father, the picture of complete innocence “Daddy who is she, and why does she look like mommy?” The girl tried to peer over her fathers large shoulders to no avail; she would meet this stranger whether or not her parents wanted her to or no.
Liraeal stared at Youko with unblinking purple eyes; her gaze flickered to Raco, the child in his arms and the Manx next to him. The female brought her rapier to en guard and looked dead on at Raco. “WHERE THE HELL IS SHE?”

Youko let down his arms and hung his head, his silver bangs covering his face in shadow. He knew who Liraeal was talking about. "Liraeal." he said in a low voice looking over at Raco.
Raco shook his head at Youko. "No, I need to be t'e one to tell 'er. S'e was my Mate." he said setting Raina down and pushing her back towards Valiant. "Raina...go back to your Mot'er." he said, voice nearly breaking. He stood back straight and looked Liraeal in the eye, fighting back tears. "S'e's not 'ere Liraeal, s'e's...Asha is gone." he said hanging his head in shame.
Youko made his way forward to support Raco, wrapping an arm around his shoulders. "Asharadine was killed a while back, Liraeal. We did everything that we could, he body was too damaged to save her." he muttered sadly. It had been so long since he'd had to think of Asharadine's death, her death was was caused Raco to be as detached from the world and emotions as he was.

Liraeal bit the inside of her cheek hard, tasting blood, it couldn’t be true… she was safe, Asha had to be safe… it was all some sick joke. The female ground her jaw, and clenched the fist that was not gripping the rapier. Her face grew hot and she knew… it had to be true. Raco wouldn’t lie to her about this… Youko maybe, but it obviously hurt Raco. Liraeal swallowed hard, shaking her head without really knowing why. “Then who is she?” The female turned her unnerving eyes to Valiant, needing some outlet for this pain. This was her fault… she was Asha’s guard. SHE should have been there, not sitting around with amnesia.
Raina stared at her father, upset that he was upset. She always seemed to have an sensitivity to peoples feelings. The young kit whimpered and buried her face in Vals knees, not wanting to be in this emotional struggle that the adults seemed to be going through. When her mother was gestured to the babe winced and bit her lip.
Valiant met Liraeal’s gaze with complete neutrality, she had been in the females place, or similar to it… so if she had to deal with whatever aggressions she had, so be it. At least she was not taking it out on Raco, the poor guy; he seemed to be falling apart at the seams. The Manx was able to piece in the words unsaid, able to make out the story she had only heard a part of. Quickly and quietly she stripped herself of weapons and handed them to Raina, telling her very quietly to go over to uncle Youko. Then she stood tall and was completely ready to face the inevitable.

Raco held his hand in front of Valiant. "No Lir, s'e is one of us. S'e is one of t'e Konouchi, I trained 'er myself." he said, mis-matched eyes staring sternly at the female. he held no fear of her. Though in some ways he should have, she and his beloved Asha had been extremely close, almost like sisters at times, and now she was gone. No one ever took to finding out a loved one was dead very well. "S'e is not my mate...we 'ad a nig't toget'er....bot' of us were intoxicated."
Youko scooped Raina up in his arms. "Come now little one, let us get away from the angry, scary...naked lady..." he said still eying Liraeal, he had to admit she had a hell of a body, he wouldn't mind bedding her at some point that was for sure! He carried Raina a short distance away, still glancing back at the threesome. If a fight was going to break out, he wanted to be close to make sure it didn't go too far. He didn't feel like losing another Konouchi

Liraeal felt her eyes narrowing and her body tensed, then suddenly relaxed. She stepped out of her en garde position and walked over to Raco, not quite smiling, but almost. When she was close enough, she spoke… her voice barely a whisper, a soft purr of an alto. Valiant felt herself unconsciously leaning in to hear what she had to say better, but damn well knew it was not in her best judgment.
“Is that so Raco? … You were merely intoxicated? And that is meant to make me feel better… when the girl I had sworn to protect with body and soul has died, and you have decided that you should get INTOXICATED, and break every damn vow you made to her. I could spit… but then you tell me I have no right to touch your new Konouchi, you trained her Raco… you trained her damn well.”
Quickly she stabbed the ground between the two ‘lovers’ and swiftly decked valiant square in the jaw. Damn it felt good.
Valiant was staring at the girl when her fist connected with Val’s face. Out of instinct the girl grabbed the hand that was pulling back and was flung around the nude body, and into the shore of the lake. She came up for air and found herself staring right into those uncanny eyes.

"It was a long time ago, not long after you 'ad left us! I did not try to drink away t'e pain. I never 'ave because it does not work." he snarled, he couldn't stand Liraeal accusing him of betraying Asha in such a way. "W'at 'appened...I do not regret, I will say t'at muc' at t'e least. I 'ave a daughter as t'e result, and I am proud of 'er." he spat angrily. Damn her for this, like she knew, the pain he went through, being there as Asha had died in his own arms, despite every attempt they made to heal her. Nothing could have saved her, even the humans wouldn't have been able to help her.
You watched and cringed as Liraeal sent Val flying. "Well...this is going to be interesting...." he muttered to himself watching. It still amazed him that Liraeal could go about what she was doing having totally forgotten that she was nude. All the more fun for him and even Raco seemed utterly unphased by it. He couldn't see how, but it was beyond him how Raco did a lot of the things that he did.

Liraeal was used to people yelling at her, so it was quite easy to block out Raco’s unpleasant billowing. It did not matter how long ago it was that Asha had died, if anything it made her more upset to know that her absence had been part of her death, and to top it off she didn’t even remember why she had left! The female let out a deep warning growl and glared at Valiant, the wounds were too raw, too new to the Toyger, she did not understand what the concept of pain meant… and now this was tearing through her body filling her with molten anger and pins in her eyes, making them water.
Valiant was in a state of shock, it took all of her strength just to push off the ground and stay standing. Only the distant taste of blood in her mouth brought her back and made her realize this was not like her, just to accept a beating because of pity… no this woman was far out of control, and it seemed everything that Raco was telling her was far too much for the other to handle. Val lunged and brought both herself and the other female tumbling into the shallow waters, making a mess of everything. When she stood she felt ten times heavier… her jacket caked in mud. Liraeal smiled unpleasantly to val and grabbed a ankle, making the normally agile Manx come tumbling down once more. So Val did what she had to do, she took off her jacket, leaving a shear cloth that hardly covered anything covering her torso.
Liraeal vaguely remarked in her head that Valiant was pretty in her own right, but would never reach the level that Asha had, and it had to be then that Valiant ended up straddling Liraeal, pinning down her arms and legs. Unfortunately for Val, Liraeal had been at this far longer, and had no apprehensions, and therefore was able to press her lips tight against the blonds, without feeling the least bit disgusted… and like Liraeal predicted Val’s grip faltered and Liraeal was able to roll her legs under Valiant and toss her far into the waters.
Raina watched with wide eyes barely gripping onto Youko’s sleeve… everything was so chaotic… Daddy seemed so mad and hurt, and mommy was defending something… and so was the other lady… and … her head hurt. Vaguely after about a minute passed with Liraeal standing with her hands on her hips and valiant didn’t resurface Raina looked up at youko.
“Mommy doesn’t swim well…”

Youko stared, transfixed on the cat fight in front of him just a little ways, this was more like it, two of his Konouchi or not. "Damn that's all she's going to take off..." he muttered to himself as Val shed herself of her coat. He'd been hoping for me but that was all he was going to get and he knew it. At least Liraeal was nude, there was plenty to look at when it came to her. His gold eyes flashed as Liraeal tossed Valiant into the lake and he threw a fist in the air with a whoop of triumph. Liraeal would have won no matter, Valiant was no where near as experienced as the Toyger.
Raco stood in shock as the women wrestled, he knew better than to get in Liraeal's way. they'd fought before when Asha had been alive and about her. Liraeal had did a good number on him, but he'd still won; just barely. But he'd won his right to be her mate. Once Val had been tossed into the lake and Youko had made his ridiculous noise the male snapped out of his half-trance and rushed passed Liraeal, ripping off his shirt revealing the numerous scars that covers him and dived in after Valiant.
Youko looked down at Raina "What did you...oh...." he said with a slight cringe, but Youko had beat him to the lake, oh well, he wouldn't have to get wet and possibly ruin his fur. "Liraeal, Love..." he he said carefully approaching the femme. "As much I want to tell you bravo...that wasn't very good...the fight was brilliant, Valiant in the lake on the other hand, not so much." he said looking out at the lake. "Karin will be pleased to know you're back though!"
The Mau struggled with his instincts telling his to get the hell out of the water and the urge to find Val. He spotted her though and made his way forward in the water, wrapping an arm around her waist pulling her towards the surface. As if he didn't have enough drama in his life already. Surfacing he gasped for air, his hair plastered to his face. He made sure that the manx in his arms had her head above the water before slowly, making his way back to the shore.

Liraeal glared at Youko as she rolled her shoulders, not quite done with what she started, damn the blond little twit for being no good in water… perhaps next time they would meet somewhere that would at least give the other some kind of leverage. The idea of the fight being over made Liraeal pout, she always hated it when her sprawls ended with some sort of practicality. Ah well, now she could go home and chew the hell out of Josh about not finding her and telling her about Asha. For the first time since she came the female smiled, sad but a smile as she drew on her silk clothing. Let Raco deal with the twit, she had more pressing matters to deal with. Like putting all the others back in their places.
“Youko, where is my love residing these days?”
Valiant struggled in Raco’s arms briefly, believing in the dim waters that this was once more the random female that decided to declare war against her. Water filled her lungs, cutting off any protest she may have however, and very soon she was scarily limp, even when her head reached above water. Water had always been Val’s weakness… one of her only fears now and no matter how much she practiced it was never quite prepared her enough. The female embraced the surrounding darkness, so scared out of her wits she didn’t even know she was above water, let alone have the since to clear her sinuses.
Raina watched in horror as both of her parents ended up in the water, and Youko’s calm manner about the ordeal. She glared silently from under the shade of a tree, not quite brave enough to confront the female that made her feel… angry? Her mismatched eyes surveyed the water, only hoping that somehow both of her parents would make it out all right. Walking turned to running as she neared the large body of water, just as her father broke from the calm surface holding what looked like a dead body, but had to be Valiant.

Youko raised a finger, making a face. "Yes about Lord Joshua...Um..walk with me will you?" he asked with a hesitated, nervous laugh. Quite unlike Youko but Liraeal already being in a particularly foul mood, breaking the news of Joshua to her wasn't going to be very pretty either and he rather do it, away, from the other lest she go after Val again or worst yet Raco. If she went after his it wasn't likely he would hold back, female or not.
Raco pulled Valiant onto the shore greeting his daughter breathlessly. He laid Valiant down on the soft sand of the shore and tapped the side of her face roughly. He was too disoriented from diving in after her and swimming back to react properly. "Love, get your brother..." he breathed heavily, coughing a little. Tonight was going to be hell, he looked up to Liraeal, mismatched eyes almost cold. She'd hadn't needed to go after Valiant, but he supposed she needed someone to put the blame on and go after and women had the obsession with taking everything out on another woman; why, he would never understand.

Liraeal knew, just knew something else had happened in her absence, something that wasn’t going to please her. Remembering Joshua’s gentle smile was almost enough to make her cry. Was he dead too? Was she ever going to see him again? The female ground her teeth and looked at the forest fiercely. She was so happy to be home and now it seemed as though this was all some joke and only the fates were laughing. Asha dead, Josh… she sighed deeply and looked at Youko, what else could have possibly happened to ruin her happiness? Joshua, her lovely Joshua… giving a brief nod, not really trusting herself to speak or not go after Val again, she stomped out into the trees. See if she should show weakness by crying.
Raina stared at her father in shock for a few moments, before dashing off into the trees. It wasn’t that hard for her to find Ishy… he was in the same spot lazing about with his head in the clouds. She took him by both his hands and tugged, trying her best to get him off his lazy bum. “ISHY! Mommies hurt! The naked lady threw her into a lake!”
Ishtar opened one eye, not quite believing his sister but deciding to indulge in her stories. Nothing could get Val to touch water. “Fine show me.” And he was dragged into the thick trees and towards the sounds of madness.
