Manda's Bribes
What is a bribe? This means that even if regular slots are not open, you may try to bribe Manda to do a custom for you anyway! Cool, huh? Just be aware that a bribe must be at least double what you would normally pay for an open-slot custom (in MC's or equivalent gold amount). For the moment these are "unlimited" or rather, they are only limited by how much gold people are willing to give up XD.
