Hello. I don't believe that most people actually lurk on the 'Intro' page... And since this and the 'RP' sub-fourm are what I'll mostly be on- I supposed that I'd come say a little 'hello' here.
I'll put up one of my older drawrings since I havn't been able to put anything up in forever.
What you need to know- I'm fairly harsh and honest when it comes to critiquing. This doesn't mean that I'm cruel about it, just truthful, and I honestly want people to improve. I myself like it when people are honest about my work- if they mean to be helpful. If someone means to be cruel, then I immidiately ridicule them. No mercy.
All to tell. I swear.

This is a lot better then anything I could do unless stick figures are considered to be the most artistic thing ever.

Yay, a person who believes in honest critique! I quite like the feel of the picture you posted by the way, but if you were to smooth out the lines of the smoke/aura type thing, it would have much more impact. It is try to make the shoulders a tad bit less broad, it will help the anatomy as a total. There is a bit of an issue with the depth pereception of the legs, but I can't quite figure out how to put it into words of how to fix it, so just try toying around with that for a little.

In terms of the basic shapes of the picture. The outline is a bid muddled. With only a semi-clear form. There are a number of details missing from the picture. The ones that are displayed. All of the fine details ones are still rough sketches. All and all I would say the picture is unfinished. It seems to have a nice base as a rough sketch. Though you don't actually have any final lines in that drawing. The cleanup phase was completely skipped as well.
