 Protruding up from the ground is the one and only....TOKYO TOWER!... A quite nice romantic get away from the busy gusting streets of people... with the scenery of the city... the sight of crowds & of tourists swarming all around flashing their camera's at the gargantuan tower it's a beautiful site to... gaze on a beautiful revolutionary city scenery from the top... while the wind blows through your hair as clouds pass by letting light seep through on a peaceful-day and birds fly high above it, some even perched in trash formed nest's as its also the perfect spot to... check out the competition... The place of where Ikki first flyed in the sky. You wanna ride here than have fun cause this place be awesome for you to prove yourself. After leaving the Old Art center, I arrived shortly after in the heart of Tokyo at the Tokyo Tower. I looked upward at the structure and wondered why so many people liked it. To me...it was just in the way of my view. I spun out on my AT's and jumped onto one of the struts, grinding the metal savagely as I raced to get higher up. I had just made it half way when my At's over-charged and revved higher then I wanted. I tried to control myself but sadly these AT's and their parts were still a mystery to me. I fell cursing aloud and grabbed the strut, flipping myself back onto the strut. I looked down at my At's and sighed, Soon i'll understand what these are. I thought to myself. I continued up the strut, this time without any difficult and hung onto the antenna looking out over Tokyo.

Kitsune watched all the people around her. Pushing past her hurriedly. Probably to work, or a meeting with their acquaintances. She sighed, before turning her head to look at the vast blue sky. Her gaze shifted to the right in search of any clouds, before landing on a man. He seemed to be traveling up the antenna... It was a wonder why no one noticed... that, or they weren't courageous enough to go against a storm rider.. But the police weren't chasing after him either..

I continued to look out for another minute, then bored with the site started back down the strut were I jumped, landing on the outside of an apartment build and started to tear the the wall as I rode it along, my wheels keeping me clinging to the walls as I jumped off again towards a street. I was just about to take off down the street when I felt something. I turned and spied another Storm Rider. I don't know how these Storm Riders here in Japan are....I wonder if she can even speak English.... I decided to risk it. I Rode up to her and planted my feet, as people moved away from us. "Yo, um, do you happen to speak English?"

The man's attention seemed to be on her, as Kitsune saw people backing away from them. She sighed, before placing her chin in her hand to think. "Yes..? It's... 'out-dated'.." In fact, many people thought her way of speaking was either hilariously funny, or... she belonged in a mental institute.. 'Yo?' that wasn't in any of the dictionaries she had read before... Unless he was speaking in slang. The thought quickly went in through her mind, and she immediately whispered "Yakuza." quietly in thought.
((ahaha... 'Yakuza' is like a Japanese gangster, in short X3. and most people type in 3rd person... just so you know.. :3.))

Akito tilted his head, wondering why the girl was barely saying anything, but then heard the word Yakuza and a grin spread across his face. "I guess you can call me out-dated. Your actually close on the Yakuza thing, but a different continent." He scratched his head wondering what he should respond with next. He was never good with people who seemed shy, then he realized what he had said, "Oh! But I'm not part of any gang related orginazations like that! I actually just arrived in Japan a few days ago!"
((No worry, I know what the Yakuza is, I watch T.v. ^,^ Plus I can write either way, It's just how I feel about it ^ O))

Light arrived at the tower and saw that mysterious girl again. So he walked over to her and since there was someone else who seemed to not be from Japan

Nevermind I will figure him out myself
Light knowing this guy probably couldn't speak Japanese knew that all riders would understnad this. Light gave the guy the middle finger and pointed directly to the Sky. It obviously meant nice to meet you we should fight sometime

The guy who walked straight up to Akito and gave him the middle finger immediately made a huge grin spread across his face, and gained his respect instantly.This guy is my kind of person, things are getting interesting already! He nodded to the newcomer and pointed up as well, then to the new guy, and then to his watch still grinning as if to say 'Anytime you want'.

Well mi mysterious lady join my team I could use your help
Light finished greeting the rider and Kitsune dashed towards the tower and left a wind causing the two fall. Light stayed on course going up the tower showing his talents. He didn't lose his balance except his AT were actually boosting his speed. Light jumped off and performed a backflip. He laid his body out and fell to the ground. He grabbed a pole performed an upper soul. Light jumped off the pole and flew into the tower. He spun around and rided up the tower. When Light reach the top his aura was is in full bloom a heavenly graceful and master of the wind, a giant green dragon. As light looked at the sky, he felt happy to have reach this place. An actual look of happiness was on his face and just as it appeared it vanished

Akito watched as the other rider went off, pulling some nice moves as he rode up the tower that Akito had just been up. That won't be a problem once I get these AT's checked out and find out whats wrong with them, he thought to himself. He then turned back to the other rider who had still remained quiet and waited for some kind of reply other then her calling him a Yakusa.

Now I just wait for Kid Tetsu
Light sees that he isn't at the top and backflips to the very tip of it and takes out a paper. He writes on it and then folds it into an airplane. Light throws the paper airplane with such force that it hits Kitsune in the forehead

The paper reads "come on up the view is great and hold my spot please". Light looks at the unknown guy and jumps down towards him. This would kill him so he spins around, backflips and dropkicks him. Light takes off his AT and gives him the middle finger. Light starts speaking english

Kitsune frowned and rubbed the place on her forehead were the paper had hit. Unfolding it, she read the writing swiftly, and crumpled it in her hand. Kitsune looked at Light as she grinned slightly nervous. "er... I'm... not so confident I can ride up to there... without braking my spine.." She took a deep, slow breath, and sped towards the tower. Quickly moving her feet, she rode up the tower with difficulty. Barely reaching the top, Kitsune was panting as she looked up at Light again. She unfolded the paper and quickly wrote 'Told you I don't think I can make it..' Kitsune compacted it into a ball once again, before kicking it up towards Light, since throwing it with her hand would have done nothing..
((ahaha... sorry ^_^;;. Can't post fast enough.. @_@))

Before kitsune went up the tower tetsu grabs her hand and appears sitting down smoking s cigarette "hey kitsune i didnt know you was here i missed ya" tetsu says smiling with a grin on his face as he releases the smoke in the direction of light and the unknown rider "light dont tell me you just got here and your trying to pick a fight you a**" tetsu says as he inhales the smoke of his cigarette

Light caught the ball and read it
Its cool
Light threw the ball up past her head. He threw it so hard that not even a major leaguer could match it since it a whopping 120 mph. Light looked at the newcomer

how about tomorrow I kick your a**
Light jumped on the pole and then jumped off the pole into the tower riding hard upwards. He rode up the tip of the tower and jumped off of it performing a backflip. He landed on the tower once again taking his throne, leaving an emblem there
Kitsune right I think you have talent and power
So you might as well join me and Tetsu's team since
I am the greatest stormrider around and Tetsu's not that bad
