At my school, lots of poeple make fun of me because of being into werewolves and wolves and stuff. Should i listen to them?please help me.

I sometimes get that from the freshman and seniors at my school, and I found a few solutions that seem to work, though they will not work for everyone. The best one that I have found is to take a lot of mythology and fiction classes. Usually you run into the supernatural and it is funny to watch others struggle with the concepts behind vampires and werewolves when you already know them. The second is one that helps as much as it hinders, don't hide you interest in werewolves, but play it up. A few examples: on Halloween I came to school dressed as a werewolf and more often than not I will pull some saying from a werewolf book I have read. Yeah some people will say things behind your back, but most people really think it is cool that you are interested in something like that. The last thing that works is trying to get people hooked on a werewolf RP. I went through a Werewolf the Forsaken game with a few people and now they are wondering when we are going to finish the game. All this said the above advice holds true, you should just be who you are, usually people will accept it. Liking werewolves and wolves is much more socially acceptable than some of the other things people like to do in their spare time and the world doesn't really have a problem with them.

Only my really close friends know that my favorite thing to talk about are werewolves and wolves. Pretty soon some of my other friends find out but normally they really don't care. My mom has a problem with it though. She found a bunch of stuff under my bed from werewolf.com and freaked. It was actually kind of funny. She kept going on about how werewolves are evil yet they don't exist. How can something be evil if it don't exist? LOL! Anyway just ignore them. One of the kids at school saw me looking up ways to be come a werewolf so he went and told the teacher and all the kids at school. Ignoring them is the best thing to do.

I find that the best thing that works for me is to keep it to myself and talk about it only in refrence to something that I am doing, like writing a book. If you think that they will still make fun of you just tell them you were kidding and that should change their mind.

Best thing about school is it's eventualy over. Don't worry about it, it's really not the end of the world. I'm 24 was teased all the time when I was at school. Didn't even want to go at times was that bad, but now it's all done and you get on with your life.
