Death ability is a group of people with a unique ability, to kill someone with there mind. They don't try to, but they do. A strong Emotion such as Anger or Sadness causes it. They are ran out of town and live in a refuge where they can't be found.
Refuge:
it is surrounded by a forest. The part in the front with all the benches is a meeting area. The building in the front is The Cafeteria/Living room Etc. In back Are the many one room houses for refuge. There a two beds in every house for a room mate. Boys and Girls may Share a dorm only if they are lovers. They do have a small bathroom off to the side.
