Black Mist; the Shinigami Go Berserk!
Hollow are beings forged from malice and misery. Powerful hollow exude an aura that is saturated with this kind of presence, infecting lesser beings with their evil and gradually turning them insane. Because of their power and duty, Captains and Lieutenants often battle hollows that carry with them this vile air, thus unknowingly bathing themselves in grief and suffering.
If left alone, such specks are insignificant, and their effects can be brushed off by Lieutenant-level Shinigami. But with the right amount of manipulation, they can assume a parasitic control over the being...
An unknown Arrancar has a special power to manipulate this 'dark air' to great extents. Now, because of this Arrancar, the Captains and Lieutenants have started to act differently; a bit more hollow-like. The lower seats just brushed this off as pressure, but one night the Arrancar decided to 'flip the switch' sending all of the Captains and a few of the Lieutenants-- because Captains encounter more powerful hollows-- on a rampage across Seiretei before using a Senkaimon to enter the Human World. Now it falls to the lower seats, and a the uncontrolled Lieutenants to stop the Captains.
The Captains' Zanpakuto are weakened in this state, but they gain semi-vizard like powers-- excluding cero and regeneration. There will be no hollow masks.Infected Lieutenant's also gain hollow powers; same rules apply for them.

Alright. This starts off with the safe lieutenants and other seated officers noticing their Captain's and infected Lieutenants acting differently, acting hollow-like with the desire to attack randomly and such. (It would depend on the person how you would want your character to act as a hollow) Then it would come to a point where the infected ones will snap and cause destruction in Seireitei.
That's where you come in, seated officers/safe lieutenants! You will be forced to fight your higher-ups because of this. You won't know what's causing it yet though... until their leader comes out in the open.

The Lieutenants who are infected/not infected are the following:
1st Division Lt - Safe
2nd Division Lt - Infected
3rd Division Lt - Not joining [if he will, safe]
4th Division Lt - Infected
5th Division Lt - Infected
6th Division Lt - Safe
7th Division Lt - Infected
8th Division Lt - Safe
9th Division Lt - Safe
10th Division Lt - Safe
11th Division Lt - N/A
12th Division Lt - Infected

Kai appeared in the Seiretei streets,typing on his cell phone and leaned up agianst a building.Kai couldn't sleep so he figured he type in his reports as usual.''Yawn im so sleepy,nothing interesting ever happen's in seritei.''Kai said out of tiedness then closed his phone shut placing it into his pocket,soon walking down the street.A burst of spiritrual energy filled the area as he noticed a strange feeling taking over the grounds,what was it Kai thought?It was so strong it knocked Kai to his feet and he slowly attempted to get up.What the hell is going on?''Kai said as the astrange energy moved through the streets,Kai then got back up onto his feet and darted down the street.

"Aahh." Yamato sighed as he walked scratching his head."Man the days are really starting to run together aren't they?" "You talking to me?" "No!" Yamato clamped his mouth shut as his sword spirit went off. "Hey you can't pull that on me you idiot you asked a question so I wanna answer it or are you finally going nuts and thinking that their are people around when their are none?!" Yamato regreted saying anything and he simply listened as his sword went off like a firecracker.

[I'm not sure, but I think some of you guys may have misunderstood. I think the infected ones are supposed to start acting weird before any others can actually determine something in wrong with them. So, with that said, you might want to edit or something... >.>]
Hei and Tsukiko wandered the Seireitei, fresh from completing a new experiment and in higher than normal spirits. It was night and the stars shone brightly down upon them; their path illuminated by moonlight. Then it happened. Almost immediately, something within them both snapped and they became overrun by some strange force; as if something buried deep within them was being drawn out. For Hei, it was no so different; for Tsukiko it was her polar opposite. Hei's Reirokyu began to leak unconsciously from his body, attempting to stifle the existence of those around him. Tsukiko's eye color shifted from purple to dark red and her face became grave, a stark contrast than her usual curious or satisfied expression.

Kokei was walking in the night. She did this often now, it helped clear her head and so she took a deep breath as she breathed in the night air when she sensed a very odd Reiatsu, almost disgusting one coming from Squad 12 and she hurried over to the area, when she seen Hei and his liutenant Kokei rushed towards them noticing the Reiatsu but also the change in Hei and also his liutenant. She couldnt get to close and she covered her mouth as a foul sent of evil came over by him "Hei!" She called out, slightlyu panicked "Hei! Whats wrong with you!!"

Keishiru Ami, Lieutenant of Squad 9, yawned loudly as he slowly strolled along the white brick roads of Sereitei, scratching his head. He was too bored but yet he didn't feel like sleeping. So he continued his night walk, slowly waddling. Then he had an idea. Since nobody's looking, I might just practice my zanpakutou moves... He put his hand on his sword, slowly and elegantly pulling it out of the scabbard. With a sword in his hands, he silently but swiftly slashed at the air around him.

Kato heard the shout of other soldiers but before he could cry out, "Hey, what's wro--", he was ovecome by this, unquenchable thrist for killing.
"ARRRARGGGGH" he screamed.
He jumped on an unsuspecting shinigami, cut his throat with just his spiritual pressure and poured the blood all over his head.....dying it red.
"Now," he growled. "Who's next?"
He licked his lips.

While Yamato was getting his ear chewed off by his sword he felt it and he looked around him his eyes seriuos."Hey that's enough." Yamato let his hand rest on his sword and he walked forward sensing an odd Reiastu."What is this?" Yamato continued walking as he aproached the odd reiatsu and he came upon a even weirder sight ."What the?!" Yamato looked at the man that was standing over the body of another shinigami and his face covered in blood. Yamato pulled out his sword and pointed it at the man."HEY! What do you think your doing!" Yamato focused on the man and he held his sword still letting his reiatsu.

xXRepaXx ((ok... ill freacking kill you if u fricken say "I SEEN" AGAIN!! like come on geez, its i saw, or i'v seen. NO I SEEN. BBBBAAAAADDDD GRAMMER!!!!!)) Hei gave Kokei a sadistic look and in between them a barrier of light appeared and cut her path to them off. "Hikiyoseru ga Hajikikaesu" Tsukiko's arm gave off a faint glow in the shape of a dagger as she released her Zanpakuto. "Hebii" She lifted that same hand rather demurely, putting no feeling behind it as per usual, and around Kokei, the Gravity would become about 4 times greater, making it difficult to move around. Hei smirked and shook his head. He began to walk off; Tsukiko dropped her hand, letting it limply fall to her side as she followed suit.

Screams were heard in the Squad 9's office as the members gathered in the squad's editing room. Piles upon piles of paper were torn apart as Hibiki sat on his desk with a hard scowl "Trash, trash, trash." he mumbled to himself as he looked over the reports, eventually reducing them all to strips of confetti littering the once tidy room. "Don't you idiots know how to write?" he spoke as he approached the window and kicked it open, hunching over he picked up the strips of paper and threw it outside the window. "Now pick those up and edit them yourselves morons." he spoke as he exited the room. The members mumbled to themselves before they started leaving the building to pick them up, some were crying, some were pissed off. The pieces floated throughout Seiretei, eventually making their way towards Lieutenant Keishiru.

Kokei gave an odd look "What the hell is going on!" she asked rather confused and was about to bring out her own Zanpaktou when The gravity around her became very tense and she couldnt move aswell "What the-" She watched Hei started to walk off "Hei! Wait" Kokei then started to feel strange she stopped stuggling with her movement and stayed still and looked towards the ground as a low growl similiar to a hollows escaped her lips.
(( Mine probably will to...lol sorry about that Kit, he does this all the time, I did phone him and also deleted my own OOC XD I just couldnt resist its funny when he gets mad at those things, Sorry though, was not trying to make anyone mad.))

Sitting on the roof of her Squad's building, Nu was typing the rest of the reports, her frequent excursions to other places has allowed the work to pile up, forcing her to spend a full day typing away, eyes glazed over with the constant staring of the computer screen. Sensing a general disturbance in everyone's reiatsu, she wonders for the cause before being,too, overcome with the dark presence. Flaring her own reiatsu to scorching heats,she manipulates the air around Soul Society, making the temperature skyrocket, in addition to the mysterious gravitational pull affecting her as she raises her zanpakutou. "Tenka.." With a sadistic smile she waves the the small knife over the buildings around her, the buildings begin to combust, spreading a wildfire throught the area. Feeling satisfied, she makes her way around, watching her fires snake their way to the other squads.
[I have no idea how gravity would affect things like fire,Kit,help me on that^^;]

Dante_Shadowolf The pieces floated throughout Seiretei, eventually making their way towards Lieutenant Keishiru. ((What the hell am I suppose to do with them????) stare Keishiru Ami, still cutting through the air with his zanpakutou, saw several pieces of paper carried by the wind. "What this? Probably some report that met its doom from some captain." Suddenly, several blood-chilling screams were heard, coming from all corners of Sereitei. "What the hell?", he shouted, cautiously looking around. He jumped on top of a roof, and noticed that reiatsu started to increase. A fire burst through one street far away. "W-what's g-going on...?", he said to himself, shaking with fear.
