I just thought it might be fun for us to list some of the symptoms we've experienced which may indicate we are in fact addicted to the Patch! Feel free to speak up if you share any of these symptoms.
List things you yourself have done/thought/etc. No cheating! biggrin
- You've memorized the URL of the main guild.
- You've memorized the URL of the Diaries subforum.
- You've memorized the URL of the Employee subforum. XD
- You've memorized the full, non-shortened URL of the Photobucket account! XDDDD
- You are trying to collect at least one Patch kid from every artist.

You're always planning new RPs, even when you're supposed to be sleeping.
You feel awkward when one of your journals is lower than top five on the first page.

You automatically click there when you load the guilds page, even if you intended to go somewhere else.
You can't help but plan entries for FSes you didn't intend to enter.
More than half of the doodles you've done for the past eight months have been Patch related.
You have punny titles planned for Patch RPs that probably aren't even going to happen.

You know every kid by name, artist, theme, gender, and where it applies, originating series.
You read every new post in the diary forum.
You keep up with your CPK's liberty center post (don't want those teens in Level One, do we?)
You have an OTP (mine is Mersia, but I do not know how well that will end :C I WILL GO DOWN WITH MY SHIP)

-The idea of being on the third page of diaries is so appalling you shudder.
-You have at least three different plots going on for each kid, and two more planned out.
-You have no clue what your characters are going to do until after they've already done it.
-You show your sister-in-law, your brother's girlfriend, and every single sucker idiotic enough to go to your comp your babies and their latest growths. And brag about them.
-You have at least four different wallpapers featuring your CPK kids. And use them. ALL THE TIME.

-You and your friends giggle and conspire over plots months ahead of time.
-You have contests to see how many people you can rope into your plots.
-You religiously check the thread to see if ANYTHING new has happened in the last ten minutes or if anyone has tagged you.
-You have barely wrapped one RP when you get sucked into six more.

You hand pick someone to be plot buddies with you, and the two of you are constantly plotting every moment of your character's lives--even before they hit their babystage.

You have eight million RPs that need finishing but you just can't resists starting ONE MORE because a plot bunny bit you.
You have written complete diary posts about your Patch child(ren), but you can't post them because the stories take place in teen/youth and your child is still a child or baby!
When someone says they ship Mersia, you can figure out immediately who they're talking about!
You keep telling yourself this Patch child you've just gotten will be your last. (And it never is!)

In other news... You totally scout out custom prices, just in case.
You are constantly thinking of new things to do and trying to fit it in with other plots, and then people have to remind you: Zige, that's not gonna fit.

- when you write about you Patch Kids at school in timed writings/other writing assessments -
- when you have dreams with your Patch Kids in it -

~When your parents know all about your kids.
~When you get a horrified expression when your mother decides that cabbage's on the menu and she laughs at you for it.
~When you dream about certain characters more than twice a week.
~When you constantly get ideas for customs.

-You join the shop staff just to get a custom of one of your favorite rp species.
-You have fantasy events dreamed up. (I'm still daydreaming over the idea of a music genre influenced event. Seriously.) And you're not even involved in the artist side of things.
-You get on a cartoon kick, and you can't pick who would be the most awesome cosplay. Rogue or Gambit? Or Storm, or Beast, or Nightcrawler or maybe Wolverine's clone, X23--
-You even think about what the side characters of your side characters are like. And wind up making them guardians. Axle and Ker, I'm looking at you. *glares at the steampunks*
