I think his writing is awesome. I have read Books of Blood vol 1-3 and The Damnation game so far, and I love the way he writes. Some stories start off not making any sense, then it all comes together at the end, and alot of them are highly original.

I liked "The Meat Train" that adds more fear when I have to ride a train... But, I think they're making a movie of this. Can you imagine the intro? God, that would be horrifying.

Man... that would be so cool... I would love to see how they did the butchering scenes...

Barker plans on adapting all short stories in the Books of Blood volumes in order (at the rate of about two a year)....or so I hear.

I came across something like that the other day. About the Books of Blood series. I might just have to talk to the library about getting those. It could use a some more horror books.

Most libraries are pretty cool when it comes to ordering a book, all you have to do is ask. One library near where I live has a pretty good selection of graphic novels, including the Sin City series and Watchmen.

I thought that story was amazing! It's my favorite story by him too. It's extremely well written and the story is just good.

I love the hellbound heart, and in his non-horror section of writing, The Thief Of Always.
I read that he plans on making a new 500 page novel that will act as a final battle and send off of Pinhead.
I cannot wait.

My personal favorite of his horror writing will always be Mr. B Gone, it's more of a horror-fantasy, but it's such a wonderful, creepy book with an engrossing storyline, and truly chilling moments.
