Atlas sighed and scavaged his teams supplies and decided to go back to the citidal he was low on amunition

Daniel let out a heavy sigh as he visited the makeshift grave he made for his father, on a hill overlooking old onely. He watched the ruins for a few minutes before finally hearing the sound of a laser rifle in the distance. Upon searching the horizon further he spotted a brotherhood member moving away from the ruins and heading back towards the capital city. "what's the brotherhood doing all the way out here?" he muttered quietly to himself, watching carefully. Usually it was only outcast members of the brotherhood that he would see patrolling out here.

Without any real idea of where he would head out to next, Daniel stood there for a moment or two rubbing the hairs on his chin. "Well, what do you say girl? Head back to the city for now?" he said while looking down at Cosset who barked in response. In a few hours of travel, staying about a half a mile away from the brotherhood unit heading in the same direction, they too, would arrive just outside of the capital city. A dangerous place to call home sometimes, what, with all the battles that take place between super mutant and talon company merc over control of the city. However, Daniel made out well looting from the aftermaths of these battles, which made the benefits out weigh the risks. Cosset looked back at one point to see a yao guai and a waist lander heading toward the city not to far behind them. Once cosset got Daniel's attention to this fact, he would choose to stop in the parking lot of a grocery store, right on the outer boarder of the city. He would turn and wait for this waist lander to catch up, perhaps offer trade or directions.

Daniel pulled out a toothpick from his pocket and started chewing on it as he watched them approach. "Hello to you too. You travel with a Yao Guai, not common to see near the city, aside from that one other scavenger I met. Have you traveled through this area before?" He would ask with a strait face, trying to figure out whatever he could about this waist lander before he would think about offering trade.

"Medicine huh?" he said as he rubbed his chin hairs again. "I'm Daniel, and this is Cosset," Daniel would respond, and accepted the hand in a brief shake. "I hunt, I scavenge, maybe even a small mercenary job here or there.. mostly, I scavenge," he said with a nod, and continuing as he took his hand back, "In fact, you're in luck. If it's medical supplies you need, I might have a few if you have something to trade. I'll even trade for less if you have three-o-eight rounds, cigarettes, or whiskey you're willing to part with. If not, I know the location of a hospital, but it's crawling with super mutants."

Daniel's eyebrows raised when he heard how many rounds of 308 he had for trade, with that many he would at least be set for the month as far as ammo was concerned, and the cigarettes just made him get the craves. "six stim packs and six rad away for forty-five rounds of 308 and cigarettes?" he rubbed his chin. "Average running price for three-o-eight in town is about five caps per shot, the carton is about the same price as stim packs. Stims usually go for twenty five caps, and rad away for twenty." he looked down, thinking on it. "You even profit a little, so how about it?"

Daniel reached into a pouch designated for medical supplies in the packs strapped onto Cosset's back and pulled out six of each of the supplies he promised, handing them over. "Pleasure doing business with you." he didn't wait, he pulled out a pack of cigarettes from the carton and drew one to his mouth. Then he checked the side of his face for a rough spot created by facial hair trying to grow back. With that, he would strike a match across his face to use to lite the cigarette. "I have enough food in my storage." he nodded his head towards the grocery store next to them. "I got a nice stash from this place about a month ago when I found out some raiders moved in."
