And thus I have to say in my defense I bought more than a couple on blind chance. As far as Limbonic Art is concerned, I didn't realize that the band WAS Limbomic Art, I thought the band was In Abhorence Dementia, which I thought was a pretty legit name. After I bought the CD did I regain intelligence and flip the CD to the side and see that it was the album title. And Purged is just... really anti-Christian, so needless to say I have not listened to those two at all.
Not a bad haul, and for the UK's amazing folk metal scene I didnt find much. That was a bit of a letdown. But I was expanding my horizons a little bit. Found some new bands, and for the most part I'm really pleased.
Ex Deo is by far my favorite purchase.

Man, so many CD's biggrin . I wish I could get that many at one time but alas I cannot at the moment. Also, I didn't know Swashbuckle's album came out. Whenever you listen to it can you tell how it is?

It's very abrupt. They have some really funny instrumental tracks that seem very out of place, though I get the genera idea. I'm not a big fan of them myselves but the lyrics are comical.
Let's put it this way, Swashbuckle is the kind of band that has a lyrical and outfit gimmick. I like it but I dont love it, so I'd say mediocre thrash relying heavily on a gimmick.

I've been listening to Take a Worm For a Walk Week for a few months, discovered them through Last.fm. I own Infectious Grooves' Mas Borracho album, which I believe is their Funk-est album. Probably the band that mixes Funk and Metal/Rock the best. I have Mas Borracho on my blog for anyone who wants to download it. 3nodding
