Finally! Here's the preview since I want second opinions and approvals ^_^ (though I know you guys are always behind me)
Release
Welcome to the recruitment thread for Release
Release is a guild made specially for self expression. However, it's not your average art/chat or any other tag guild. Release specializes in letting yourself go in forums such as:
-Rantation & Ventlation
-Advice & Guidance
-Release Diaries
-and more
The crew consists of these users. If you have any questions/comments/suggestions they are welcome either through personal messages or posting in this thread. We will always get back to you.

Okay that sounds good!
So the deal is that the mule is gonna post it, introducing us as the captain and vice captains too and then we'll each have our own post, the mule will cut the ribbon and then we'll chat away!

I like the set up idea you have for the guild ad thread. Let's start figuring out what to put down then. ^_^ Oh! Should we put our banner in it?
@Pistl: we're just working out what's going to be posted in this dummy thread. Once Karu thinks we've got it right, we'll put it up in the site's main guild forum. ^_~

Alright so...how would we like to advertise our guild? Like our opening post to lure...*ahem* I mean, draw peeps here? I think maybe placing our banner at the top of the post will sum up our guild nicely and then maybe write something more personal and catching after it? Aha sorry guys. School, ick.
That'd be best to have it first, have a short summary below it. A list of our forums like our homepage does, a highlight of our best forums (the diaries, the rants, and the advice.. but not in that order xD)
And then I'll make the first post introducing myself as the captain. I don't think people care about our personal information honestly... I'll check out a guideline for us in our posts.
Oh and I think that it'd be okay to delete all of intros/rules we had for each forum. We don't really need them lol. If you guys agree =]

I posted in the "Karu" topic that I had taken care of that.
I agree that each area doesn't need rules since the main forums rules should cover everything.
Although I think that intro's are good just so everyone understands what each area is for. Some people are slow you know. ^_~
My vote is actually to keep up the crew list thread. It's good for an fyi but not 100% necessary. It's up to you really.

And I think the rules are just repetitive really. It's pretty much the same old thing over and over.

So, would you like to ditch the forum intros then? If we do, then we should tack on something simple to explain the forum in it's name. For places like Release Realities, Digging Deep...people won't know what that is for just from it's name.
EDIT
I went back and made sure each sub-forum had a coherent tag on the end explaining in a few words the purpose of the forum. So if you want to get rid of the intros, we shouldn't need them now. ^_~
The only place that I think we should keep the intro for is in the Imagine Area and possibly the RP area since they are bit more in depth and confusing.

Yeah let's ditch them. The Tags are explanation enough for all of them. Heehee, I was wondering who came up with Spam-A-Lot.
It'll probably make everything more neater. Plus it's not like people actually read them. Lol.
