Kay. Thread was moved to the chatterbox. Please pay attention to the forum you're putting these in.
Anywho, I can recommend regular cameras to you, but not camcorders. If you just want a regular picture taking camera, I highly suggest Nikon or Canon. Both brands make camcorders, though, and some of them look pretty decent.

well i already have a digital camera and a voice recorder but I need a video camera

Like I said, Nikon and Canon make digital recorders, as well. Though they're pretty expensive, I'm sure they're probably really good. The only camcorder I've ever used was part of my digital camera and it pretty much sucked. If you actually intend to film in the dark, the dingy ones that come built into a digital camera usually don't have a night vision setting.
