Okay so this is the basic run threw of the chakra system we are using.
So the amount of chakra you have is depending on your rank, you can raise it by training which I will explain later. At 10% chakra you pass out, and at 0% chakra you die!

Okay so here is the list of each rank’s chakra and max chakra.

ninja academy

Maximum:100

Genin
200
Maximum:300

Chunin
300
Maximum:500

Takujo
700
Maximum:1000

Jounin
1200
Maximum 1500

Kage/satoosa:
1700
Maximum 2000


You gain 1% chakra for every 2 training lines until you reach the maximum chakra for your rank.
When you rise in rank you get a chakra boost because we are nice.
Okay so as you rise in rank you also get better jutsus some require training and others don’t.
So here is what each rank can get.

Ninja Academy: E [ You CAN'T train more.]
Genin: E, and two free D jutsu. [You already know two D, you can train up to C.]
Chunin: E, D, and two free C [You already know two C, you can train up to B.]
Takujo: E, D, C, and two free B [You already know two B, you can train up to A]
Jounin: E, D, C, B, and two free A [You already know two A, you can train up to S.]
Kage/Satoosa: E, D, C, B, A and one free free S. [Gotta train S rank. @.@]

Okay so the jutsus will be placed in certain ranks which will be shown in the jutsu list thread.
Alright each rank has a certain chakra cost…here is the list.

E: 5%
D: 10%
C: 20%
B: 40%
A: 80%
S: 200%

Note:All Ninjutsu that need to be sustained cost 15 Chakra per post for techniques that are E, D or C rank, Jutsu that are B, A and S rank the cost per turn is 30 Chakra.



So when you use a jutsu you subtract the chakra that the jutsu uses from you chakra. Ninja Academy and I use a basic Bunshin technique and I had 100 chakra. Here is how it would look.

Suna quickly made the seal to perform the Clone Technique. After a second of gathering his chakra he closed his eyes hearing a slight ‘poof’ sound. Opening his eyes he looked to his right seeing an exact copy of himself. Smiling he looked at his instructor to see if he approved.

(100-5= 95% Chakra)

[Note: The same system is used for weapons. If you throw a Kunai, it would be (10-1 = 9 Kunai)]
