Okay, I am not going to lie to you guys. We are not the original Yami Yakuza. I am even going to admit that I started this guild not because of my passion for the original, but because I desperately want to take over the original. The original guild, although older, is run by a much less dedicated person then I. She is also nowhere near as emotionally stable. In fact, the original guild (which I was a part of) was full of problems. However, we have many more members with much more dedication. We are much more organized. And we are much more dangerous.
I bring this to your attention because I ran across this today.

So, I asked formally to take control of it. However, I expect to get a rather rude response. As of this moment, they do not know of our existence.
If they refuse to hand over the site, we have no choice but to get rid of it. First off, I need web designers to make a site with the same theme as this one, but much better done. we don't have to actively make it work, we just need something to show them that we deserve their site more then they do. If we can prove to them that we can carry their name better then can, then mission accomplished.
Point is, even though they are the original. I say they have no right to the name Yami Yakuza. We have worked hard to make the name mean something. All they have done is bring it down. They can claim they were first, but I say they are the ones to stand aside. And if they refuse to do it peacefully, then we will make them relinquish their power by force.
