They all stack their decks, but at least yugi's deck has really good cards in it, especially all his dark magician combos X3

I'm gonna base my answer upon their most powerful monsters.
Yugi's most powerful monster is the Sorceror of Dark Magic. 3500 ATK Spellcaster that requires 2 Level 6 Spellcasters for tribute to bring him out. But on the upside, he can negate any trap on the field at will. Very impressive, easy enough to get out in any decently built spellcaster deck.
Judai's most powerful monster is Neos Wiseman. 3000 ATK Spellcaster that requires "Elemental Hero Neos" and "Yubel" as a tribute to summon, but has the even more powerful effect of being unable to be destroyed by card effects. Not only that, but combining the effects of Elemental hero Flame Wingman with a life gain effect tacked on, it's definitely a powerful contender.
Yusei's most powerful monster at this point is Majestic Star Dragon. 3800 ATK that requires a synchro of Stardust Dragon, Majestic Dragon, and a Level 1 non-tuner. Its upside is that it can negate 1 monster's card effect while in play, rendering problematic cards like Marshmallon and Spirit Reaper useless. Also, if the effect can be activated, Majestic Star Dragon can use the effect for itself. This alone is incredible, especially since it is able to copy the effects of an opponent's Judgment Dragon or Dark Armed Dragon and destroy them. But the downside is that it returns to the extra deck at the end of the turn.
Now all three are truly powerful in their own right to be sure. If they were to go up against one another in combat, it's no contest that Majestic Star Dragon could come out on top against any of them. However, in terms of the monster I'd rather have on my field in the middle of a heated duel, I'd choose Sorcerer of Dark Magic for his 3500 ATK and Trap Negation ability.

i vote yugi, because both jaden's and yusei's decks require certain cards at certain times (polymerization or neos for jaden and tuners for yusei) Yugi on the other hand has a lot of monsters he could throw out and has less complication in them. Simple stuff like monster reborn, spell binding circle, dark magician, magic cylinder, etc.
Although, if Jaden and Yusei pull out their steller move combos, yugi is doomed.
