I have these small red bumps around my n****e. They don't itch or anything but they kind of burn and they're really ugly and I'm really concerned cause I have no idea what it is.

I don't think so, I mean I went to bed and woke up and it was like that.
It could be from swimming yesterday, maybe I'm just sensitive to salt water.
I just hope it's nothing serious.
