So, we'll get some setting into here. Chiri takes up residence in a .. rather lovely apartment building in the heart of Durem. It's a nice location and lovely neighbors, who seem weery of her lovely charge. So, this is where the brunt of this tale leads us to.

Urahara was currently in front of chirigami's bedroom door, staring oddly upon the lock she had placed it since the last time he had broken in. He was beginning to think about his conversation with Zanna and about weapons ... and the interesting ideas of getting into this specific room. The red head knew his guardian had weapons, she just had the most odd ball security system upon it. The system needed to be taken down or at least worked around.

So, he stood there unmoving and stared at the little paper ward that partically covered the little silver lock. "... dammit."

chirigami was no where to be seen, however or thankfully for Ura. She had left a few hours earlier to go get the daily groceries for dinner that evening.

All Rora would have been able to hear were muffled shouts of who to answer - between Gaara, Ura and Suika. Two of the three seemed to have rather good excuses (Ura was busy... Gaara didn't even have the ability to open doors), leaving the third to be the greeter. There was a rustle of wings and the door clicked and opened to a rather disgruntled small, pink humanoid goat creature with insanly bright green wings and hair.

Suika narrowed her blue eyes looking upon Rora. Who the ******** was she? - wait, maybe she was one of those cookie bringers. The little Capra looked her up and down and then frowned with disappointment. "who are you?"

The lock in Ura's hands fell back to the door with a loud clank. His eyes widened in utter horror when he heard her voice. ohshitohshitohshit! Oh thank gawd there was still a bit of wall hiding him, he was frozen in place and mentally kept telling himself he wasn't ready to see her. His heart raced, his head was in a panic. shitshits**t! He slowly glanced at the door, it was either her or the kunai ... and at that moment he was mentally wanting the death by kunai.

... but then there was the Zanna factor. The wild girl would definatly kick his a** if he ******** this up, she had told him ... and had gotten the point across with her spear. Damn it.

Calm down, he kept telling himself while shifting his weight and staring at the floor. Calm down, have to be strong. Breath. With one slow inhale, he picked his head up and placed on his best smile. A gleam was almost in his mismatched eyes as he strolled his way towards the living room and entry way of the apartment. Be strong, Ura! He stopped a few feet away from her with his hands behind his back and simply smiled at her.

"Well, hello Miss Aurora ... I had almost thought you had forgotten we were supposed to meet up." All smiles, a sweet tone ... but Ura's thoughts and emotions betrayed his exterior.

Urahara's expression didn't hinder while she gave him a weak smile nor when she stammered over her words. His eyes narrowed slightly, in a more thoughtful way as if reading her... judging her. His innermind grumbled and glared, spazzing all the while and just wanted to shake her and ask her 'why, good gawd WHY?'

"Oh, how rude of me.. would you like to come in?" The same sweet tone within each and every word. He glanced at Suika, who was unusually quiet for this situation. The little Capra simply glared between the two, huffed and fluttered over towards the kitchen. Well, at least she wasn't going to say anything, he thought to himself as he inched closer to the door and Rora.

Placing one hand upon the door, his left hand was held out inviting her and pointing her in way of the living room area. "I don't think Suika" Glace at the couch, "or Gaara will mind. chirigami is going to be out for a while. And I'm sure your tired ... especially in your..." Pause, mind searching for the best wording, "condition." And he smiled, if even possibly more.

She wasn't responding as expected, he silently cursed while closing the door with a soft click. He didn't move from his spot, just remained and studied her with piercing eyes. Just staring .... and smiling in his innocent way. Slowly he picked up one foot and then the other and made his way over towards the chair that blocked his route closer to her. His hands pushed down upon the top and he just continued to smile. "aa, it is still a bit early for anything really to take in affect and all, I guess. Silly me~" The last part said with a chuckle.

The second question was totally passed off, as if he hadn't heard it. That subject was not to be triffled with just yet, he thought to himself.. almost glaring. This was his realm, he was going to be the one in control. He wasn't sure when it clicked in, but he knew at this moment he had to get to her before she got to him. His eyes slide closed for a moment and he looked her directly in the eyes in the most natural way he could.

"Would you care for something to eat and drink? I'm not sure if we have much of a selection, but I'm sure I can be accomidating~" Yes... just change the subject from that whole messy business.

With a small nod of the head, Urahara turned about to head into the small kitchen only some feet away. It was a short trip which didn't allow much time for the teen to inner monolouge, but when he got to the fridge and pulled it open (a bit too forecably), his mind went wild with frustration over the situation. He silently fumed while he glared at the merger contents before him. Well, it was going a bit more smoothly, he reassured himself. Quickly grabbing two water bottles, he shut the fridge and made his way back to his guest.

All smiles were back on before he got to her and his warming eyes rested upon her as he got closer. "I'm afraid the water is probably the only thing I'd deem safe at the moment; I don't trust the milk and wouldn't want to wish you harm by offering any of chiri's code red." He explained, placing both bottles upon the small coffee table.

Ura gave her another quick glance and took a seat in the chair he had been standing behind minutes before. "So, what did you want to talk about?"

"Aa, that..." He began, heaving a convincing sigh. He slid his eyes closed while his elbows went to rest on the chair arms, his fingers entertwining upon his lap. "There is no need to apologize Aurora, things like that happen, don't they?" Ura's eyes slowly slide open but only a sliver, just enough to look at her in an almost accusing manner.

A pause, but not long enough for her to really respond, the red head continued. His mismatched eyes closed once more, "Perhaps it should be me apologizing. A lovely lady graced me with something so sweet yet I managed to fumble it up. For that I'm sorry." His lips twisted into a small 'sincere' smile, his eyes once again open and rested upon her for response.

This... was different, he noted at once before his mind went into crazy overhaul of conflicting notions. This kiss was after Adrian had ... his lips had been on Aurora, his fingers had traced her body and held her. Urahara's brain compelled him to break off the kiss, wanting to yell at her for what she had done. For how she had hurt him.

But there was another side, the side before that never got the chance to speak ... the side that willed him to respond, to get back at her. It was also somehow connected to the voice that explained that Zanna would kick his a** if he messed up.

He responded, he leaned further into her and kissed back deeper and passionatly. His fingers seperated from their resting place upon his lap. One hand reached over to lightly carress one cheek and then glided towards the back of her head, to rest in the tangles of her hair. The other lightly rested upon her shoulder.

Yeah, to say the least, the only audience in the room simply gawked at the scene. But they were simply forgotten.
