Squad 8 - Squad 11
It is my thoughts that both these captains should be placed on temporary leave. Though I personally think it should be permanent. Thoughts? this should happen within the day and we should place the Application back up.

I haven't seen much, or anything thing, of either of them since I was promoted. I would agree with this temporary or perminant leave.

Temporary on Contra as I think she had an excuse, permanent on Zeke as I saw that his avatar changed, which means he still logs in on Gaia, but has yet to show any kind of activity.
Also, perhaps we should do a check-up on the lieutenants as well. Kagemoto's been inactive lately and I certainly hope he has a good excuse for doing so.

On Contra, maybe we can give her more time. But we should get someone to fill up for her for the time being, other than Goro of course. He shouldn't throw too much work at him. XD
As for Zeke, HE WILL BE REPLACED. I read his post somewhere in the party thread before and it said he'll be going off to some place [I think...] and it also stated there that it's okay to demote him again. And so he will be. This is probably the third sorry that I'll be saying. xP Sorry for not posting this sooner. I am only able to get on for a short period of time and it's really, REALLY slow on my laptop [because the wifi I'm leeching on is far] and sometimes I fall asleep while using it. I will not be blamed for sleeping! scream

Contra doesn't have an excuse any longer because she's been on every day posting in forums. They are both dragging us down (I'm sorry but she's had over a month now...and like I said, she's been on everyday..including today the 19th when I'm posting this exact message right here...) Anyways, I think discussion is over.

For 11th squad, we can reason out that Tywin was attacked, either by Satoshi or Pandora. If it's a demotion we can say that the injuries affected his strength. If it's a deletion then we can simply he say he died due to injuries. He's in the 4th squad barracks so Yuki can just state his condition in a later occasion.
For Contra, her RP excuse I think was that she interrogated an arrancar survivor of the Aizen war. But I doubt that can be used if she's going to be demoted.
And for Peebles... I got nothing. xd
