The Third Creation of God Here is the way it all began
At the time of 06:06:06 on the morning of June 6, 2006, the Devil rose to the Earth from the depths of Hell. As he rose from Hell he destroyed the top of Mt. Kilauea, which began spewing out molten rocks and causing massive amounts of destruction. When he rose from the smoke filled mountain top he spoke these words, "It's been One Thousand long years since I last touched this cold earth." His words were heard world wide. He spoke again as his feet touched the highest peak of the volcano. "I am the King of Demons underground, and now I walk upon the land, this land that shall soon be mine as well."
As if on cue, Demons burst from the sides of the volcano, which began crumbling away as they appeared. "Go now my minions and monsters, take the Earth in my name. But remember to bide your time, we want to enjoy the fight." As the demons fled to take Hawaii, the Devil returned to hell. He walked down an almost infinite staircase that led deep into the earth, ending on the first layer of hell.
Two years have passed since that fateful day back in June. The demons have taken their time and have thus far claimed Hawaii, Canada, and South America, and now they have moved on to the USA. Fortunately strange things have been happening since the Devil rose from Hell. A small group of humans from all over the world have gained powers from the Demon King’s Infernal Aura. Some of them gave into the aura’s influences and slowly transformed into Demons. Others have learned to control the influences and use their newly gained powers to fight for their homeland.
And Now the Story shall commence…

Where we are now
At this point the battle has progressed to the near edge of America. All that truly remains are the upper right states, such as New York and anything that is higher up than that. Now a large group of demons has been sent to New York to take over, and a smaller group has been sent to take Conneticut and Massachusetts. The story of course will begin in Massachusetts in boston. This is where many of the Afflicted Humans have gathered to begin the real human defense.
Most of them have been bribed in order to fight for humanity, though a few have come out of their own will and do this for free. Some were already part of mercenary groups who have been hired for defense... Your reason for fighting is of course your own to be told.

Rules
1. Obviously no trying to play god! Everyone hates that and we all know it. Now there is a minor exception to this rule. Say a role player quits and give you full and total control over what happens to their character. Then I guess you can do whatever you want to it.
2. Let people know when you are leaving. No one likes to just wait for someone to reply and then just notice half an hour later that the person has logged off.
3. I for one love violence, so when it comes to violence I will allow as much violence as Gaia will allow.
4. As for Romance, this is not something that I want to go into the whole one person wanting to marry another kind of thing, though I will allow romance as long as it is toned down. After all these people are fighting for their lives and shouldn’t have THAT much free time lol.
5. When it comes down to creating your character I will accept just about four races really. The races I will be accepting are humans, Afflicted Humans(those with demonic powers), Half Demons, and Full Demons. If you choose to be a Half Demon or a full demon there will be an extra spot in the profile skeleton where you may state what kind of demon you are.
6. All profiles must be sent to me via pm of course. The PM must be titled “The Third Creation of God”
7. If your character was originally a human who turned Demon then state that in your characters History.
8. If you are Human you must be on the human side as the devil HATES YOU… If you are a Demon you have no choice in the matter you must work for the Devil… Half Demons… OMG YOU CAN CHOOSE SIDES!!
9. If I come to think of more rules or if anyone suggests any rules that I agree with this list will be subject to change. If I do make any changes I will update you so you may look.

(Powers) [FOR YOUR POWERS: You may either choose to take on an element to control, or you may decide to abandon the elemental powers for something I will be calling a Devil's Arm(credit for these go to Devil May Cry). A Devil's Arm is a special demonic weapon of sorts. It will replace any melee weapon you have and can control an element if you wish, or it may possess one really powerful ability. The Devil's Arm also MUST include some kind of downside as they should be slightly more usefull. I have to approve of these or else you will have to redo them or just take an elemental power]
How do I defend myself?
(Weapons) [max of two guns and one melee weapon such as a sword if you wish. If you don’t want a sword/hammer/axe or anything like that I will allow you to carry one more gun, but it must be a handgun]

I’m not so normal really…
I have obtained a Devil’s Arm through the infernal Aura. My Devil’s Arm is actually my right arm itself and it allows me to pass through solid objects. Each time I pass through something solid I lose some of my energy and shorten my lifespan. The amount of Energy I lose depends on the type of object I pass through. The life lost is always the same though. I lose one day off of my life every time I pass through an object. The Devil's Arm has one more hidden ability I have yet to unlock though.

What do you wish to know?
Well if you truly want to know, I spent most of my life in Massachusetts with my family. This family of course consisted of my Mother, whom worked as a marriage consultant, my Father who was still in the Military when the demons first arrived, and my sister who was still in middle school. I was of course as far as my parents knew unemployed. Without anyone in my family knowing I was working for a private military contractor. Yes, that means I was a Mercenary, doing the jobs the military would not. When I was hired by the contractor I told my family I had been accepted into a college out of state and was going to stay on campus.
Now aside from all of that, when the devil began his attack originally I was in Germany with a few other Mercs celebrating a recent victory. My group was hired by the commander known as George Sol Rolith, my father, who then of course learned where I had really been going all of this time. He is dead now of course. My mother and sister are now in Maine at one of the most well fortified military bases in the country. The same base that the President had been evacuated to.
