Name: Hayashi Ryou
Aliases/ Nicknames: Ryou, or Ryuu by close friends
Physical Description:
Ryou is about the average height of 5'9 and slender in build. His pupils are stormy gray with a hint of black on the edges and he has a slight tan. His hair is a light blonde and naturally slicked back. He sports the traditional shinigami uniform, alibiet a few personal changes.
Zanpacto:
Name: Kibatsu Getsuei - 'Striking Moons'
Element: Fire
Normal Form: Standard katana apperance. Black wire wrapped around a white hilt. The blade is blood red with a dark brown tsuba that has a design of a wolf wrapped around it.
Shikai: Not Yet Achieved "Howl, Kibatsu Getsuei!"
Blade becomes thicker and the edge is now gold. There is a small notch at the end of the blade, useful for stopping other blades. The blade circles back along the other side for a few inches then stops.
Bankai: Not Yet Achieved
The blade becomes rounded and the sword becomes lighter than before.
Spirit: A winged wolf who's pelt resembles that of a fox.
Special Accessories:
Ryou has a small necklace with the fang of a wolf, resembling the one he wore when he was alive. He is rarely seen without it.
Skills:
He has great senses, such as smell and hearing, and has great endurance. He is also very steathy when he chooses and has great swordsmanship.
Abilities:
He has none right now, since he prefers to not use Kidou or anything of the sort.
Personality:
Ryou likes to joke around most of the time, which usually gets him into trouble. He's very stubborn and usually rushes into things without coming up with a plan or thinking it through first. He's angered easily, mostly when he's in his were form though. He can be a leader when he so chooses, but is usually just a follower most of the time. He won't run from a fight unless he absoulutly has to. He fights to protect those around him, whether he know's who they are or not. He's laid back and just goes with the flow, usually calm and collective.
Biography/History:
Ryou remembers when he lived in a small, boring town where nothing interesting ever happened. He had longed to get out of there and go to a big city where there was fun to be had. When he turned 14, Ryou and his family, which consisted of his mother, older sister and older brother, moved to another city, much to Ryou's liking. He quickly grew accustomed to city life. He loved to play sports at his school, and quickly made lots of friends. One day, after he had turned 17, he had been walking to school with a group of friends when they heard sirens. They, of course, had decided to go check it out. When they arrived, Ryou found that, to his horror, his house was on fire, with his brother trapped in his room. Ryou had taken off, running to the door and busting it down. He made his way around the flames and into his brother's room. He ran to his brother, who was passed out on the floor and picked him up. He broke the window and dropped his sibling to the ground. He had started climbing out when the ceiling collapsed on him, killing him.
When he awoke, Ryou found himself in the Inuzuri district in Rukongai. He stayed there for awhile before it got to boring and he decided to become a Shinigami.
