Okay, so this is where poets post up their poetry (obvs xD). Readers are welcomed to give comments and rate, unless the poet says no. Also, you can post other people's work up here too, but of course with their permission. Or you could state the original writer's name and where it's from.
Have fun! (;

I know it's long lol, but it would be fun if someone read and commented (: I actually wrote this like a month ago, and just now thought to put it up!
Individuals speak their truth And clones believe their lies Brainwashed from early youth, But no tears stream from their eyes
Dependent as the sea to moon Moved on a whim
But they don’t understand because, We’re alone in the end
The crowd consists of many ones But they live like twos and threes Broken apart by sharper tongues, A logger of the trees
Rise together Think together Sleep together Live together to die alone
Normal is a funny thing They say that it’s not real Because we are all unique And that’s the raw deal
But I’ll call them out today With questions to relay
We wouldn’t have the rejects And the defects Or the accepted And tolerated If no one was alike To tell the difference Am I right?
I’ve got something to add however And to be sure, I think it’s quite clever-
Some beat the stereotype Some think alone too Some live to their own beat Some have friends for real Some are the same in being different But are different too
Some have that strength to face the world Buried deep, or flowing Perhaps they can see the map unfurled Someday maybe, there’s no telling
Yet the truth remains as always Because in the end, We’re all alone.
Because the choice is always ours To make, or to have another make To listen, or to follow To love, or to lose.
In the end, We’re all alone.
But some, Have the heart to face it. And some, Have the face to lose it.
Yet still some Flip destiny the finger And say “suck it.”

Thankies! ^-^ I don't write poems often, and when I do they seem to be confusing, but with meaning and crap xD Fun fun.

My hand is Copper, My brow is lead. Suffer me in a red patina, Swept along in a molten flow To a sad eternity. My stride interrupted, My thoughts untimed. My tears are become drops of silver That shattered the crystalline fern. I plead the wind to sweep us away.
My alabastrine limbs, useless and tired, My carnelian heart, beatless and mired. I pick the gilded apple from the iron tree, I wipe the rust from my brow.
The earth rejects me, foul and changed, The wind refuses me, unsightly and maimed. My voice is corrupted, my thoughts unwind, My pulse is mercurial sicked, it slows.
Destiny and danger are still focused on the one, The renegade who is both brethren and betrayer. Beware the spider, for he weaves both Labyrinth and Lair.
My heart it ceases, my breath undrawn. My eyes forever focused, on the sanguine metal dawn...

вℓσσ∂ вєαυту -Inspired by the legend of Countess Elizabeth Bathory of Hungary- The black eyes can see the innocence, sense it in her icy heart. As the flesh is pierced the screams grow louder. She can taste these screams and become stronger. Pain is her power.
Blood beauty, goddess of death and pain, you enjoy the sparkle of fear that shines in innocent eyes. Only virgins will you take, pure in what they are. To preserve your beauty for eternity is what you live for. You know not of what you do, leaving silver-white scars upon the skin.
Flowing red blood into a bowl and smoothed onto the face. The knife used to take is cleaned of impurities. Time passes and craving blossoms for desires of the flesh. The pain is forbidden, sweet, voluptuous pleasure to you.
These sins, Blood Beauty, damn you to Hell. You are doomed to become Satan's mistress. Blood Countess, your envy for beauty, your thirst for perfection, the vanity in your cold heart, has made you a monster from myth. The vanity smiles cruelly on your blood-red lips, curving upwards in ice, as you gaze into the mirror. The mirror, who remembers you, whispers,
"What have you become?"

Okey Dokey, I have two, but I can only find one right now so I will post the other one later maybe.
His black hair is blowing The wind is playing with it A sigh like a ghost And I am there
In the middle of a graveyard I feel the irony pulsing I just have to have him
Raven? He calls out So many have called me By so so many names Now, I just go with it
I smile dangerously He returns it in a flash I stride the distance between us And close the gap
He embraces me slowly I breathe him in slowly He whispers sweet nothings And I chuckle in his ear
I grasp his arms And pull him to his knees His eyes widen in terror As mine widen with pleasure
I flash my fangs and sink into his neck Blood flows easily
I am untamable And unstoppable I drop this stranger And wipe the blood off my lip
They won't find him till sunrise
My mentor swoops behind me To clean my new mess He hisses in my ear Saying how much trouble I cause
I smile a wicked smile And widen my eyes And with a reply I tell him Why I did what I did
He was just so pretty I just had to eat him...
