Joxer paced a nervous circle around the tree he was meeting Cassi at. He was excited to introduce her to his parents, but also slightly terrified. He just knew his dad was going to embarass him. He KNEW it. Like he didn't do that enough for himself already. It was a miracle Cassi even agreed to hang out with him in the first place.
She was so sweet and amazing and awesome and all he wanted to do was try and proove to her that he really was a mighty warrior and that he would be able to protect her for the rest of her life if she'd let him and that he really wasn't as much of a screw up as everyone alwa--OOF. Joxer's train of babbling thought was interupted by a tree root that sprang up out of nowhere and caught on his toe. He snorted the dusty dirt form his nose and sighed into the bush he'd just fallen face first into. This was going to be a long day.
Wally took his time getting to the dock where Joxer had told him to meet. Apparently he had some lady friend to introduce. Yeah right! Like that kid could get a lady to notice him. Honestly. Wally shook his mane out of his eyes. Besides, he was really more interested in seeing Jun again. They'd both been so busy with the kids and life that they hadn't spent much time together. He missed his sexy other half.
His lips curled into a smirk as he started remembering how he'd wound up with these rascal children in the first place. At least it wasn't a total loss, he grinned to himself. The process was fun. Plus, Peridot had turned out alright. As beautiful as her mom, and as charming as her dad. Wait a second. Maybe that was a bad combination. He didn't want too many wini's taking notice of her. Especially not male wini's. He narrowed his eyes and his thoughts turned to paranoia. Great. Now he was annoyed. He huffed irritably.

Jun couldn't figure out just what this was all about. Peridot had said Joxer wanted the two of them to come to the docks. It was something important. But, with a slight frown, Jun wondered what was so important to the idiot. She cared for her son and all. But he was about as bright as a doorstop, and less agile. She sighed, walking along the shore.
Peridot was swimming just a ways from where her mother was walking. She was humming happily. She was getting to see her brother again! It'd been a while, other then when she ran into him as he was dashing by, shouting to meet him at the docks. Whatever it was, it couldn't have been as good as the secret Peridot was keeping.
Jun kept looking at her daughter with the hits of a smile. She was such a good girl. Obedient, warm, and as far as Jun knew, secluded.
In the distance, Peridot could see her father on the docks. "DADDY!" She said happily, swimming faster to get there to see him.
Cassi was running as fast as she could to get her meeting place with Joxer. She fluttered her wings to help her glide over stumps and roots. It had been so much fun with Joxer. He was cute, and clever, and just about the nicest wini she'd ever met. And she didn't want to keep him waiting. It was an important day today after all. He'd asked her to meet his family. His family! This was big. She almost ran past the tree, and had to dig her feet into the ground to stop herself from going to far. She skittered a little before turning to Joxer and trotting up to him, a little out of breath.
"S... sorry to keep you waiting." She smiled at him, panting.

Joxer lifted his head from the ground and scrambled up to his paws when he heard Cassi. "Hi! Hey! You're here! I thought maybe... well, but, Hi!" Joxer blushed a little bit and tried to discreetly brush all the dirt off his fur with the tip of his tail. Stand up straight you idiot, he thought to himself. He gave her his most winning smile and scooted closer. "How are you this fine morning my lady?" Ah, much better greeting. Smooth. He let out a little sneeze from the dust that was still up his nose. Always. He always had to ruin it. He kept the winning smile on his face though.
Wally was twitching his tail back and forth in the cool water, debating whether he wanted to jump in and swim for a bit. His mind was still full of all the horrible possibilities of male wini's and his precious little Peri. He heard a big shout of Daddy from the water and smiled warmly as he looked out and saw his daughter swimming towards them. Thoughts of paranoia temperarily fleeing. She really had become such a great swimmer. He stood up and waited for her to get closer, then jumped in and curled up so he would make a big splash. He popped his head out of the water with a huge grin. "Hey, cutie! How's my girl?"

(And for this RP, I'm going to pretend that Jun and Peridot don't know Cassi yet. Cause it might get complicated to try and explain how they could live together and not know she knew Joxer.)
Cassi smiled at him, gently reaching a paw up to brush some dirt from his face. "I'm doing much better knowing that you waited for me. I'm so sorry I'm late. I hope you aren't cross with me. I was nervous." She lowered her paw, and her eyes, to the ground. Her toes idly flexed making small trenches in the dirt as she tried to think of something more to say.But nothing really came to mind. Her tail swayed low as she thought. Finally she looked back up at him and smiled. His goofy grin he always flashed was quite charming. "And how are you, good sir?"
Peridot was like a missile in the water. She tucked herself and slid to a stop on the water as Wally cannonballed in. She purred a little as she extended her limbs again to tred water and stay afloat. I'm doing great daddy! I've been having lots of fun swimming and learning lots of things from everyone. There are so many nice friends at the house mom and I live in. I do wish I got to see you and Joxer more though. But other then that everything is peachy!"
"You two are the strangest demons I've ever met." Jun laughed from the shore when she was close enough. "Who would ever willingly plunge into the sea like that other then you?" Though her words were sarcastic, her tone was sweet. She stayed out of the water's reach. The waves just barely missing her sandy claws. "It's so good to see you again, Wally. I didn't know you would be here. Do you know what our son wants?" She didn't want to make a face as she thought about what it could be. But still, the slight frown of worry was there. "This better not be to show off his warrior moves."

Joxer's grin widened and his fur grew warm where her paw had brushed against him. "Of course not!" He burst out. "I mean, I could never be angry with you for anything!" He scooted a bit closer so their shoulders were lightly touching. She was nervous? Why was she nervous?? She was perfect and he was just going to screw something up. "I'm doing great! Now that you're here..." He trailed off and blushed a bit. "So, er, are you still okay meeting my family?" He asked hesitantly, quickly followed by, "Cause you don't have to if you're having second thoughts or you think it's dumb or something like that..." He pawed awkwardly at the dirt.
Wally paused to admire his daughter's swimming abilities. A trait undoubtedly picked up from his own awesome self. "Good! Good! I'm glad you're having fun. I wish I got to see more of you too, Kid." He raised an eyebrow and flicked his tail over the water. "Nice friends huh? What kind of nice friends?" He was about to ask her more about these supposedly nice friends, in particular more about the gender of said nice friends, but then he heard Jun's heavenly voice and turned around to smirk at her. "Oh, you know you love it." He grinned and stepped up out of the water, shaking droplets from his tail, and meandered over to his gorgeous other half. "Hey there lady." He rubbed his still damp face against hers and licked her cheek before settling down leisurely in the grass next to her, drying his fur in the sun. "I've no idea what that crazy warrior of ours is up to. Let us hope it's not another demonstration of his skills. What about you, Peri. Do you know what your brother is up to?"

"You smell like salted fish." Jun teased as she lay down beside Wallace. She didn't have the heart to tell him that there was something stuck to his mane. She'd get it out for him later, when he was less wet. She let herself purr contently.
"I have no idea." Peri was still paddling around in the water. "I only know Joxer wanted to see us. If it is his hero moves, do you think he'd be mad if I told him I was a hero too?" Finally she stepped out of the deep water, and was standing with the waves about her knees.
"No no, that's not it at all. I mean, yes. I'm very nervous about meeting your family. I mean... they're your family. Wouldn't you be nervous meeting mine? I'd be nervous about meeting my family." Her mind trailed off to think about her father and she sighed. "But that will be some other time. I want to meet your family. It's not dumb at all!" She gently hip-checked him to try and get his attention again. "Don't worry about me, I'll be fine. Shall we, m'lord?" She said sweetly, waiting for him to lead the way.

Joxer stumbled a little bit when she bumped him with her hip. Geeze she was strong! He grinned adoringly. Wait, did she just say, her family? Joxer thought he might have a panic attack in the event of meeting her family. He might even pass out. It was a strong possibility. He shook his head to clear those thoughts and got to his feet. He puffed out his chest and held out his paw to point the way towards the dock. "After you my beautiful lady," he said in his best proper warrior voice.
Wally grinned and sniffed in a huge breath. "All I can smell is you my dear." He licked her cheek again and nuzzled her shoulder. "And what a delicious smell it is." His studly moves were momentarily interrupted when a fleshy piece of something fell out of his mane and onto his paw. He flicked it off in annoyance and turned back to give Jun his most winning smile.
A hero? His daughter was a hero? Well, duh. Of course she is. Wally gave his daughter a big fatherly grin which probably looked extremely dopey but oh well. He saw a dot moving in the distance... wait. Make that two dots. "I think that's our boy now. Though it looks like there's someone with him..." Wally couldn't imagine who would be hanging out with Joxer except that familiar of his. But this was too big a dot to be a familiar. Huh.

Jun playfully swatted at his mane, watching droplets of water fly across the sand. "Not in front of the child. We don't want her getting ideas." Jun smirked a little.
When Wally looked away, she followed his gaze. "How odd. Are you sure that's him?"
Peri was about to say something about her parents being mushy, and was tempted to splash them, but they were suddenly distracted. She was about to flop down and sigh when she heard her dad mention 'Joxer.' She snapped to attention. "He's here?" She bound out of the water and shook herself. Jun reeled as she was pelted with little water droplets, but Peri was off like a bolt to go meet her brother.
"She has your energy."
Cassi giggled a little as she and Joxer walked. So he just had a sister. That sounded nice and not complicated. "I've got 2 brothers and 2 sisters myself." She said. "They're all quite nice. I think you'd love my little sister. Of course, you can't like her better then me." She teased. As they got closer, she could see something running towards them. Cassi slowed a little, unsure of who or what this was.
"JOXER!" Peridot skidded to a halt, grinning at her brother before noticing his friend. She tilted her head then shrugged. "Come on come on come on! We've been waiting for you!"

((So I'm going to go with the idea that Wally doesn't know yet that he and Jun are expecting again.)
Wow. That's a lot of siblings. "Four siblings, huh? Heh. Sounds fun!" Inside he was having a slight heart attack. "I could never like anyone more than you." He mumbled quietly and swished his tail across her back. Before he could get too embarassed, Peridot skidded to a stop right in front of them, apparently too engrossed in being crazy to notice Cassi. What was that he was thinking about not being too embarassed?
Despite her rather abrupt entrance, he was excited to see his sister. "Hey, Peri! Hang on a sec. I'm not that late, sheesh." He saw Cassi's hesitant face and smiled at Peri, pleading with his eyes for her to be nice. "Uh, Peridot? This is my... er..." What exactly was he supposed to say here? What if he said girlfriend and Cassi was afronted that he presumed they were, like, dating and stuff. But if he said friend she might get offended that he didn't introduce her as something more. Ugh. This love stuff is complicated. "This is Cassiopeia." He mumbled out real fast. "Cassi, this is my sister, Peridot." At least he got to practice this on Peri before he had to face the parents.
Wally smirked widely and winked. "Well then we should find a more private avenue later thi-- Wait. What? What do you mean ideas? Our little Peridot? She wouldn't think stuff like... well. You know. She's our baby!" He watched her jump up out of the water and run off like a bullet towards Joxer. She did indeed get his energy, he thought with a slight smile. This thought was only a momentary distraction though from his previous comments. This was Peridot! His baby girl! She still called him Daddy for goodness sakes.

(I agree. This RP is either before 'the deed' or after, but before they know.)
Peridot was smiling ear to ear at her brother. She looked at Cassi and nodded. "Nice to meet you! Gosh, you're pretty. Are you my brother's girlfriend?"
Girlfriend. Cassi got this slightly mortified look on her face, not sure what to say to that. She had to think quickly. "I guess, I'm something like that. I mean, I'm a girl, and I'm Joxers friend." She looked to the green boy and gave him a fleeting smile. She wasn't sure just how fast to jump into the waters of his family by announcing flat out their relationship. "It's nice to meet you, Peridot. Joxer has told me good things about you."
"He talks about me? And our parents? Well you should hurry up and come meet them! Mama and Daddy are still by the dock. Joxer, wanna race?" She was excited now. Peridot always loved new people, and as she had gotten older, her sweetness seemed to have turned into energy, and before Joxer responded, she was running back towards her parents again.
"Your sister seems nice." Cassi smiled. She swayed her tail slightly and twined it around Joxer's for a moment to help ease his nervous tension.
"Yes, I know she's still our little baby. But if we too much like adults, what do you think she'd think about? She's already asked where babies come from. Though for once, my human had done something right, and she had come home with a new amulet at the time. I dodged the bullet on having to explain." Jun sighed and rubbed her head against Wallace's chin and cheek. At least as far as Jun knew, Peridot had no interest in anything other then playing and meeting people. She was a sweet girl. Friendly. Not really what you expected from a demon.
Peridot came running back and slowed to a trot as she reached her parents. She flopped down and just smiled. "Joxer's always so slow."

((How about we make this one before, cause it makes sense that they'll get all snuggly later now that they've reunited. Then we can do a separate quicky Jun/Wally RP so she can tell him wink ))
Joxer's face fell when he saw Cassi's morph into a look of horror when Peri mentioned the G word. Maybe she was just hanging out with him because of pity. Obviously she was appalled at the idea of being with him. He stared at the ground, depressed, and barely even heard his sister's challenge to race, which normally he would be all over.
Then Cassi wound her tail about his own and all he could think about was that. He was pretty sure she'd said something though... "Wha-huh? I mean, Yeah, yeah. She's nice." He smiled a bit and lifted his head up. "Even if she is a little hyperactive." He grinned now, cheered by Cassi's tail and Peri's infectious good mood. Why did girls have to be so cinfusing though?? Why couldn't things just be straightforward so he didn't have to second guess everyth--- this was stupid.
He turned to Cassi and looked her straight in the eyes. "Cass, do you like me?" He'd started out good but his voice cracked on the last word and he started nervously stuttering. "I mean, ah, that is, do you want us to be like... together? Or I mean, should I introduce you as my.. you know, cause I really like you and I really want to be, er, with you, but if you don't wanna that's okay cause I mean, I understand and I still wanna be friends with you cause your awesome and so nice and, and, and pretty, and I just really like being around you but if you don't want to be, you know, I mean together like that then, well, yeah..." He kind of trailed off and kept babbling under his breath, unsure of how to stop the trainwreck he'd gotten himself into.
Wallace leaned against Jun for comfort. "Babies? She asked about babies? Oh boy." He shook his head and sighed loudly into Jun's fur. What was he gonna do with that little girl of his? Wow. Jun's fur is really soft... He got a tad bit distracted nuzzling into it, and wishing they weren't in quite so public a place... but he snapped out of it as soon as Peri panted up. The kid did have energy, he grinned.
"Joxer? Slow?" He laughed. "Story of his life".
((Can I just say how adorable Peri is? She reminds me of a really happy puppy whee ))

"Joxer..." She turned herself to face him. "Shut up." She leaned in and gently licked his nose. "Of course I like you. If I didn't, I wouldn't have come to meet your family. I'd be honored if you called me your girlfriend. You need to relax more then I do." She giggled a little, purring softly before turning to look at where Peridot had run to. "Come on, time to face the music, right?" She gently nudged his jaw before taking a couple steps. "But you should go first. They are your family."
Jun faintly nodded, remembering just how horrible it was to have Peri ask about children. But that had passed, and Peri seemed content thinking that all small demons came from the goddess Winiko. She was about to comment about it when Peridot came back.
"It seems unlike Joxer to be slow... in action. What with how he was always leaping into things when you were both little." She turned her gaze to Joxer as he was nearing.
And her jaw nearly dropped.
Who was that with Joxer? She... she was a SHE!

Joxer blushed from his nose to his tail and his paws got all tingly. He probably made a pretty dopey face for a few seconds, but he shook himself out of it. He stared at Cassi for a few more seconds, just smiling at her, before finally registering what she was talking about. "Right! Right. The family..." He nuzzled Cassi's neck, took a deep breath of her fur to steady himself, and started up a slightly nervous gait towards the pond.
When he got within speaking distance, he almost freaked out and ran the other direction, but Cassi's warm presence at his side gave him strength. With just a little bit of a squeak at first, he managed to be somewhat smooth. "Mom, Dad, Peri..." He was going to say something along the lines of thanking them for coming and how he'd missed them... but he decided to just get the hard part out and over with. He leaned to the side so his shoulder was touching Cassi's and swished his tail over hers. "I'd like you to meet my girlfriend, Cassiopeia."
Joxer had a girlfriend? His Joxer? The wannabe mighty warrior klutz extraordinaire? And a very pretty girlfriend at that. And she looked normal. Wally's jaw dropped open and he stared. Hopefully Jun would save him from the temporary brain malfunction he was suffering.

It took a moment but Jun composed herself and gently touched her paw to Wally's mouth to close it. "It's a pleasure, Cassiopeia." It was a little forced, and that was obvious. Jun wasn't ready for such a surprise like that. She was thinking this was her son's way of joking. A way to get back at herself and Wally for what they've said about his ideals as a hero. Though Jun was sure they had kept those conversations out of Joxer's earshot.
"Please, you may call me Cassi." She lowered her head in a respectful greeting. She was terrified. And it was taking pretty much all her strength to keep from quivering. Joxer's parents had such hard stares.
Peridot was looking between her parents, and her brother and Cassi. It seemed to tense. "Isn't she pretty mama?
Cassi smiled a little. At least his sister seems to like me. Waiting for Jun or Wally to say anything else was torture, and she began leaning into Joxer, trying to shrink, trying to hide herself.

Joxer wrapped his tail more firmly around Cassi and gave his parents an annoyed look. Cass was being so sweet and they were looking at her like she was a figment of his imagination. Ugh. His family was so annoying. Well, except for Peri. He grinned at his sister. "She is DEFINITELY pretty." He gave Cassi a goofy lovestruck grin and tried to ignore his dad's shocked staring.
Thankfully Jun stopped his mouth from flapping about, but there was nothing he could do to keep his eyes from bugging out. He should say something. Yeah. He should definitely, probably, say something. Good thing Jun was good with this stuff. Okay, what to say, what to say? What was the generic response to something like this? His brain still hadn't quite processed the fact that HIS Joxer had a girlfriend. Oh! Yes! He had it. "So, where did you two meet?" That sounded good.
