At the moment, I'm just freaking out about exams for uni (I'm Australian, which is why we have exams in October) so I'm thinking now is not the best time to be trying to lose weight. I'm also eating like crazy at the moment, no idea why... I think it was when I realised that my scales were off by about 10lbs that I thought ah screw that.
Unfortunately, the formal is also about 3 weeks after my exams finish.
Is there anything I can do to not gain any more weight while I'm studying all the time and eating non stop (I blame stress?)
And how much can I lose during that three week period? School will be finished so I have all the time to exercise and stuff smile

Recommended weight loss for a 3 week period is generally 2lbs per week, so 6lbs in 3 weeks. Studies have proven that a slow gradual loss of 1-2lbs a week is the type of weight that will 'stay off'. Although It's not unusual to hear about people losing 10-15lbs in 3 weeks, generally with fad diets though, and the weight creeps back on after.
