i'm thinking about which game i should ask for for xmas...
so, what kinds of songs are in the Extreme2 game? ^^; are they better than DDRMAX? *owns that one...*

Extreme 2 is the best home version yet.
This is coming from someone who generally hates home versions. It's that good.

It's not that good...
I still don't agree with the scoring system,
Good songs, but majority are stepped horribly,
Got rid of solo and flat,
Most missions are 1x (not good for speed modders),
They changed the kanji on Sakura to read the word in English.
If you have money to blow, then go buy this game. I'm not saying that it is a bad game... it's just that you could probably stand to use your money more wisely than another subpar DDR released in the US.

Reon-kun They changed the kanji on Sakura to read the word in English. That really pissed me off. gonk I agree on the scoring system &#******** you Daikenkai Oni purple flag being only an A), but since I usually pay more attention to the numeric score than the letter grade, I can pretty much ignore it.

It rocks more than DDRMAX2! ^^; And the songlist that I want! But I wish they leave the kanji in the Sakura's title... But all then that, it rocks! (And love the BG movies effect...)
And for once, a "not-so-anoying" video clip! I love Polovision Dances and Choires! (Love the trance beat and the sounds of what you might hear in a fantasy!)
Get it if it was a must! (This game includes my favorite "newbie" song, Look At Us!)

Heh. I played that song when I was still developing my DDR skills. (AKA me and my sis are DDR players in-training with no game system back in those days... So we rely on the arcade verson...)
And Look at Us is one of our favorite calm and trance melody.....
Now would you excuse me, i'm playing DDREX2 right now! biggrin

It's still 5th mix scoring. *sigh* And the Americanized most of the setup, but it's really great to have. although I can't stand the fact the the songlist on UM3 was tenfolds better
