I'm looking at learning simple Korean at the moment such as:
"Hello"
"Goodbye"
"Nice to meet you"
"My name is"
Etc, etc

You'll see various spellings for all of them, probably.
For Hello, I type it as;
Hello; Ahn-young-ha-se-yo (Ahnyounghaseyo)

Goodbye has Two different ways, if they're staying and you're leaving OR if they're leaving and you're staying

Goodbye;
ahnyeonghigaseyo - Person is leaving
ahnyeonghigyeseyo - You're leaving

ahh yes i should have included those ;_;

like ZeoxHisashori and Sugoi-Aoi said, Hello is Ahn Nyung Ha Se Yo (spelling doesn't matter really) and in Korean, 안녕하세요.
However, 안녕하세요 is mostly said to someone older than you, someone you are meeting for the first time, or someone you respect.

안녕 (Ahn-Nyung) is used to friends, and is more often used in conversations.

What ZeoxHisahori said on Goodbye is absolutely correct. But between friends, 안녕 (the same as above hello) (Ahn-Nyung) is used.

Nice to meet you...
well, Koreans don't really say that but it would be 만나서 반가워요.
Mahn-Na-Seo Bahn-Gah-Wah-Yo.

My name is -> 제 이름은 ... 입니다.
Jae Ei-Reun-Eun ... Ip(Hip without H sound)Nee-Dah.
제 is formal way of saying [my] Since you say 'my name is...' when u meet a stranger, 제 is commonly used.

For example, My name is Leah.
제 이름은 리아입니다.

Ask me if you want to know how to write ur name in Korean!

Have a nice day.
좋은 하루 보내세요/보내.
Joh-Eun Ha-Ru Boh-Neh-Se-Yo / Boh-Neh.

heh I included this because my Korean friend said this just now.

보내세요 is used when you say this to someone older than you, whom you respect, etc. (gosh I better name this someone =_=) 보내 for a friend

=] Hope this helped you. Ask me if you need more simple
