I don't mean to brag, but I've played the game over 20 times and going up. I have all the Xbox 360 achivements including Brass Balls. I am now currently helping out all of my friends by getting all of the achivements for them. I know where practically everything is.

In my personal opinion, Brass Balls is EXTREMELY easy to achieve. You just need to save the game alot and you need to know where all the vending machines are in case you need to make a break for health packs. Plus, Fontaine is easier, again, in my opinion, than fighting a Rosie.
