Often enjoying conversation with humans and small spirits like himself.
B i o g r a p h y:
Jack Frost is one of the original spirits of the winter. Jacks Frosts abilities seem to be based on his current attitude - so when he is content or just plain happy - his powers are fairly weak. Each emotion brings something differant to his abilities;
Shock or surprise often give him sudden surge of power that lasts for only a moment.
Sorrow or Fear often weaken his powers even less than when he is content or happy.
Anger can amplify Jacks powers tremendiously; to the point of his powers have a world-wide effects. In this state, even some of the most ancient and most powerful spirits feel a strange sense of dread.

Ice Break
A rare ability only know by ancient winter spirits like Jack Frost. It makes beings weak to the cold - this ability can even effect spirits of the ice or snow who are often immune to such things
Bufu
A willful expression of power, when the sprit forms large Ice spikes- and launches them at their foe.
Ice Breathe
The most common technique used by winter spirits. Their breath is incredibly cold to the point that it freezes the moister in the air. Ice breathe is an ability that is said to be 'blizzards'- when the spirit expells air it is amplified almost 100x and effects the enviroment making it very windy and very cold, and the moister freezing in the air causing the blinding snow.
