Ade smiled as he peered at the blue female besides him from the corner of his eye. How was it he'd never noticed how beautiful she was before he'd lost her for awhile? How was it the way she walked or moved never delighted him before she'd left? How was it that he had never realized that he loved her before she was gone? And how was it that now that she was back, he was so happy that he felt like he could have flown if she'd asked?
He didn't care how or why, all he knew was that he couldn't help the way he felt now. Now that they were mates. The lad suddenly paused in his walk to nuzzle the other softly. He grinned warmly at her, his tail wagging in a quick blur. "Hi." Adejola murmured with a chuckle even though they'd been walking side by side for quite a while now. He couldn't help it. The silence just didn't feel right and he could no longer keep it up. The wild dog watched her, snuggling against her side with obvious affection.

It felt so amazing, walking together. Uzuri loved the feeling of bieng with this boy, this wonderfu, amazing boy. Her heart had tugged at her when she left everything, but it was a journey that she needed to take, to try to let her mind settle. She had even left her own mother, alone and worrying, with no goodbye or warning of her departure.
Uzuri hadn't planned on having such an attachment to this male, though. She found herself thinking about him more and more as the days passed that they were seperated. The thought of them being together as they are now would have seemed absurd that sunny day when they were just pups. But now that they were together, anything was possible.
Feeling his warmth, Uzuri smiled, her face reddening up. "Hey big guy." she looked over at him, feeling flirty. She moved her tail next to his, fluffing it. She was stepping out of her comfort zone, but she loved every second of it.
"What's a good looking guy like you doing all the way out here?" she nuzzled his neck, feeling special that he was there with her.

He let out a nervous giggle as he felt Uzuri's tail against his own. Adejola had never flirted or been flirted with before now and it wasn't coming naturally to him. He chuckled happily and licked carefully at Uzuri's cheek. "I'm hanging out with this beautiful lady. I think you've met her. She's gorgeous, funny, and the sweetest person I've ever met." The wild dog winked at the blue female before he snuggled against her.

"Oh is she now?" Uzuri grinned, raising an eyebrow to him. "Well, then I suppose I'm out of luck." sticking her tongue out, she felt overwhelmed by happiness. She had never been complimented, and certainly not so many times in one sentence.
She looked ahead, thinking of what their life would be like from now on. So many changes had happened, but they were all for the better. A new pack, the beginning of a new family. She looked over at Ade, a small blush spreading on her face. Would they make good parents, if the time came? There was nothing she wanted more than to share everything with him, and start a family. But it almost seemed too soon for thoughts like that. Wasn't it?

The wild dog chuckled softly and nuzzled against Uzuri's neck. "I love you, 'Zuri." Adejola murmured happily, his tail wagging happily. As the other began to blush, he tilted his head curiously. "What're you thinking?" He asked, pawing at her shoulder and nuzzling against her some more. "Could it be about a handsome guy?" He laughed and licked at her cheek.

"I.....loveyoutoo." The words seemed to be muffled. Uzuri had never really said such a thing, so it felt strange saying it. Her head tilted downward at his question; would it be wise to tell him what she was really thinking about? She grinned, trying to imagine his reaction. "Why yes, it did involve a handsome guy." her eyes moved to the horizon, a small smile on her maw. "And a bunch of little handsome guys."

He puffed up proudly as she admitted she was thinking about a handsome guy before he tilted his head in confusion. "A bunch of little handsome guys?" Ade repeated, frowning lightly as he struggled to figure out what she meant. Finally the poor wild dog shook his head and nuzzled against Uzuri. "How many handsome guys?" He asked, still completely oblivious at what she was hinting at. "A lot?"

Her heart fluttered a bit as he asked. She didn't know whether she wanted a large family or a small one. "Well, there could be a few." Uzuri turned her head towards him, smiling lovingly. "And maybe a few pretty girls?" She tried to imagine what a mix between the two of them would look like. "They'd be blue, and brown, and orange, and yellow, and maybe some white, too." her face felt like it was burning. The conversation had turned only slightly awkward, and Uzuri's stomach was turning with anticipation of how Ade would react.

Little girls? Blue, brown, orange, yellow, and white? What on earth was Uzuri talking ab- Oh. Adejola blinked lightly, staring at the female with a dumbstruck look as he finally figured out what she was talking about. "A few huh?" He murmured, a deer-in-the-headlights look plastered to his face. "I could do that. It'd be nice to have some little fluffballs running around."

Embarassed about bringing the whole thing up, Uzuri burried her face into Ade's chest. "Only if you want them." her voice was muffled by his fur. "I'd do anything for you." she tried to think about everything, and only hoped that he wouldn't think her strange for bringing up the issue of pups. They were, after all, young. But that didn't seem to bother Uzuri. Having no biological parents to speak of, so she couldn't say it was a bad thing. It was, after all, a true product of their love, wasn't it?
"I shouldn't have brought it up." she laughed it off. She was a little happy that she'd heard his reaction, though.

Ade took the opportunity to gently n** at Uzuri's ear, snuggling against her. "Of course I want them. Who wouldn't want a bunch of pups to play with? And, even better, they'd be our pups, 'Zuri." He sighed and his tail wagged even faster at the idea of it. "We'd have our own family and it'd be us and our offspring! Could you imagine?"" Now he was practically bouncing up and down in excitement. "That'd be like, the greatest thing ever!"

Leaning out from Ade's chest, Uzuri flicked her large blue eyes up at him. "So you'd really like that?" She knew that she might not be a fantastic mother, but she had him, so she knew that everything would be all right. Besides, it's not like they'd done anything that would lead to pups, so nothing to worry about, right?
"Honestly, it scares me. But in a good way." she smiled; her heart was pounding in her chest, and she was nervous. "New experiences are always good, though, right? I'd jump off a cliff, as long as you were there next to me." she licked his cheek, and he gave her confidence.

He bounced in place, suddenly nuzzling Uzuri again. All this talk of their future together was exciting him beyond normal. The wild dog could have flew if Uzuri had asked. His tail was a blur and his grin was stretched practically ear to ear. The wild dog pounced the other playfully, snuggling his head against her chest. "I love you so much, 'Zuri."

"S-so....enough of all that, I'm getting embarassed now." she turned her head to the side, hiding her reddening face. After all that talk, she just wanted to let it all sink in. A family. That's what they wanted. Squeezing her eyes shut, she shook her head. The feelings were heavy, and she for this moment, this moment with him, she wanted to feel like she was walking on a cloud. A few months ago, she never would have dreamed that she would be in this kind of situation. A mate. Talking about a family.
Nipping at his ear, she nudged Ade, trying to lighten the mood a bit.

Adejola laughed as he smiled down at the blue female, blushing as he realized that he was standing over her and all their talk about families... He climbed off of her, but continued to snuggle against Uzuri. He laughed lightly and suddenly before he lay down next to the female. "You're so sweet. You know that?"
