1.) Disobey Gaia TOS at your own risk. I'm not above reporting that crap to keep GaiaOnline a good place to RP. When it comes to TOS infringement, I'm not going to warn. I'll report, and let them take it from there. What they do is up to them, and you can thank your own self.

2.) This is a semi-literate guild. NO EXCEPTIONS. Spelling errors are alright, but keep in mind, ESPECIALLY if you use Mozilla Firefox as a web browser, you can right-click the underlined red words and FIX THEM! Now, if I see crap like: Bill would sit down in front of Midge "Hi how r u?" I'll warn and get all sorts of PISSED. I expect sentences and like paragraphs, but don't strain for conversation and detail. Post what's going on!

3.) If you God-mode (force hits/perform illogical attacks and/or defenses; ignore given situations) then I'll address the situation myself and see what the problem is. Since this is a fantasy setting, I ask for LOGIC, not REALISM. Creating a Black Hole "Cause he can" is crap. If you want your character to know how to do something, I suggest YOU know how to do it.

4.) Cross-Roleplay (Taking IC problems OOC and vice versa) WILL NOT, UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE, BE TOLERATED. We expect maturity in this guild, and there’s no way to abolish such a thing like CRP. Terms for immediate dismissal, amongst other things.

5.) Cybering...tricky. This is, or I WANT it to be a guild where you can do what you want, but at the same time I, myself, and the guild itself, can get into trouble if there are sex scenes. Pisses me off really 'cause it limits freedom of expression, but whatever. So, my official ruling: If clothing starts coming off, take it to PMs! If clothes are on, WATCH ME NOT CARE!

6.) God-moding (i.e. Forcing hits; ignoring obvious damage) Most people tend to think they understand this one, and then they prove me right because I know they DON'T. In battles, DETAIL IS EXPECTED. EXPLANATIONS ARE EXPECTED. Allow me to give examples!

The Good:

::Kain would conjure a fireball roughly the size of a beach ball and throw it at Ichigo.::

"Conjure" describes how the attack came to be. I then described -what- was conjured and how big/the shape of it for A.) Visual and B.) Understanding. "Throw at" means that the attack was performed in the posted what, but there is nothing stating Ichigo can't dodge it.

The Bad:

::Kain would make a fireball and toss it into Ichigo's chest burning his body::

No idea how the damn thing came to be. No idea why the hell a fireball is burning someone's entire body. No idea why the hell someone's -forcing a hit- one someone.

Good Defense:

::Ichigo would use Zangetsu to slice through the fireball; whatever wouldn't dissipate on contact would be sent off harmlessly to his left or right or so he figured::

Naming Zangetsu is naming the means of defense. Dissipate on contact would be the initial response from the massive butcher's knife taking (and if you know Bleach) repelling the fire to some extent. Sent off harmlessly to the left or right refers to the possibility the fireball wouldn't even be completely destroyed, but its course altered through Zangetsu's intervention. "So he figured" is the key; this means this is the scenario he would think would take place, but something else may happen because the fireball may contain some symbiotic traits or something like that. It's showing the opponent COURTESY to say "this is my defense (and sometimes a counter); back to you for anymore detail or another attack (or defense of their own in case of a counter attack)

Bad Defense:

::Ichigo would wipe away the fireball with his sword and send a Getsuga Tensho at Kain, nailing him all over::

I highly suggest people stick to wiping their asses and not flaming balls. The individual could have at least named "Ichigo's Sword" considering they obviously know the name of the attack they just used to God-mode with!

IF this crap ever takes place: The one whom has fallen pray to the auto-hit bull-s**t may VOID the attack and ask their opponent to try again. If their opponent fails to comply or forces another hit (it's not that hard to word it politely) then pause the fight and PM ME directly.

If you're someone who's used to RPs where hits are posted as forced and the opponent can still defend, it's just not quite written that way in the attack, then I offer "training" or "help" in that area. This can be done in PMs and can remain confidential. Just keep in mind: It's about being curtsies and professional in a fight; giving your opponent an equal chance to dodge attack as you would want.*

*There will be characters (specifically main story villains) that will seem to pull s**t out of their asses. RESEARCH on them (when I create an original story character, I always include tidbits of research throughout he RP as "puzzle pieces") will tell you why/how they're doing what they are. This doesn't mean they'll God-mode, they'll just seem like it's almost hitting that line.
