Hey everyone.
Well here is my topic lol that my husband and I have been talking about.
I have a level 35 priest and seem to run out of mana.
Is there any way to gain mana while fighting?
We got to the conclusion that we don't know lol but we said:
Shamans have the water shield and totems
Druids have inervate
Hunters have aspect of the viper
Mages have food
paladins have blessings and judgement of wisdom
mmmm my husband is sleeping so I don't remember what he said about warlocks lol.
and priest????? what do they have???
did I miss any casters lol

Hymn of Hope and Shadow Fiend are the two general mana regen spells for priests. As well as Spirit tap for the raw regen and Vamp touch for the replenishment for shadow priests

Just as a note Mages use evocation and mana gems for regen while in combat which I think is the kind of regen you're thinking.

yeah ask anyone priests are definitely one of the hardest classes to level up. I have one myself (see any resemblance in avvie?) and it was a pain in the butt to level up lol, I just started running instances non stop at one point, but that was before they buffed getting XP like crazy.... anyways I use dot dot fear mind flay mind blast on multiple mobs, or dot mind blast wand on one mob

I always opened with Mind Blast or the touch that requires a cast time (can't remember which it is, the mana or the health one, as I haven't played my priest in like a year) because then you have more time to hit them with other stuff while theyre running at you. If you hit them with a dot first, then start casting Mind Blast, by the time you've cast it the mob is at your feet.

Holy Fire is a surprisingly low mana spell with high damage until you get shadow form at 40. Otherwise Mind Blast will also be a primary spell, and using your wand a lot can be great. wink
