This is the office of the Amekage, which is located amoung the highest towers within the village. This building is also amoung the more fearsome ones. Outside you can hear the rain beating against the sides of the windows, which here in this village was something daily while to a foreigner it is like a storm. At the entrance of the tower anbu members are stationed recording those who go in and those who come out.

It was raining outside the windows of the office as Sephiroth looked outside of it. He had alot of thoughts running through his head and was figuring things out. The window held his reflection as he looked out over the rain village. A small smile came to his face as he watched the rain wash over the windows and building.

Sephiroth made a handsign creating a shadow clone to take his place. He wanted to go for...a walk. He was rather bored and headed off for the gates to depart for now.

Sephiroth appeared his shadow clone vanishing. He looks out the window and steps out standing on a peice of the structure that was sticking out by the window. He looked out on the village as rain went through his hair and down his face. He crossed his arms smiling slightly as a wind blew making his coat whip around. It was good to be here, Suna was not very tasteful and weak.

Sephiroth focused for a moment and chakra went into his feet. He placed a foot on the side of the building and then starts running down the side of it. He was half way down when he leaped to another wall and kept doing this lower and lower until he reached the ground. He was getting a bit hungry and he knew the place for food.

Sephiroth walked into his office and looked out the window at the training grounds waiting for Likkys. He smiled slightly as the rain lightened up alittle but was still coming down. His mark he left on Teddy would be permenant and a reminder of his foolishness

Likkys walked into Sephiroth's office, smirking still from Teddy's branding. "That surely was an interesting technique, though It has discouraged any wanting of mine to cross blades with you." He said, looking around the office. Once he was sure they were alone, he took out a file from his packs. "Yes now to business, a former mist shinobi yourself, would you have any idea what mist has been planning." He muttered, tapping his fingers rhythmically against the amekage's desk. He leaned backwards, continuing his sentence,"They have been, overstepping their bounds lately."

He nods to the compliment and thinks to himself. He turned towards him. "Hmm...if they have been doing this lately then the possibility runs that there is something they want. Either for themselves or to destroy. They possibly want to assassinate someone as well. Mist is known for it. I don't know if thats it but its my guess. Do you have something of extreme value in your village?" He said calmly but seriously

"Mist seems to hold a grudge since the last shinobi war," He muttered crossing his arms with the thought. Suddenly he opened the folder he had taken out. "Your lucky I trust you, You do remember the second shinobi war?" He said as an inquisitive to Sephiroth, though the question was redundant. He pointed to a few newspaper clippings, depicting the village hidden under the star's destruction. "Bear country, an object capable of absorbing and radiating chakra falls from the sky." He wouldn't continue until he was sure sephiroth and him were on the same page.

"I do remember, the wars have always been bloody." He says as he looked at the newspaper. After reading the newspaper he looked over at Likkys. "Interesting. Any idea what this object does?" He asked now curious about this

"In the hands of somebody jounin level or below, it's truly remarkable." he muttered, in awe of the strange object depicted in the older news articles. "The stone's strange property absorbs your chakra, and replaces it with a unique chakra, that's a strange color of purples and blues." He closed his eyes trying to remember what it looked like back in those raids. "I believe it resembled a peacock, and some shinobi could even fly with such mastery." He began to tap his fingers upon the desk once more. "I've never come in contact with the stone though, because we don't know what it would be like for somebody of kage chakra rank to touch the stone."

Sephiroth was surprised with this. "That seems to be very unique....an object with the power to bring peace and at the same time chaos. So if you do not have it then where would it be? Surely protected" He said as he leaned against the wall watching him.
The rain started picking up again beating against the window slightly

"Of course, it's been hidden well for years." He muttered, his chin perched on his right arm. His fingers still tapped against Sephiroth's desk, but their pace had slowed. "The problem is, I believe certain someone's will use the chuunin exams as a cover for their search." He muttered slowly, he was sure there were no spies around. He still was cautious, though he trusted sephiroth. Absoloute power corrupts absoloutely. It was the reason he had never touched the stone in the first place.

"Thats good, and you suspect that the Mist may be after it? As well as sound...it would make sense. My advice is keep the object in a place where they would have to go through your toughest shinobi to get ahold of it. If you 'd like I will accompany you to your village to prevent such an incident from happening" He offered. He wasn't sure but he trusted Likkys. And also he had a genin or two over there so it would be good for him.

"That would be good, and I do trust the guardian." he said, leaning backwards in his chair for a moment to think. "We're allies, but what if we pretend we're not." He muttered, as an idea came across his head. "We make shadow clones, that seem as if we're fighting, and we'll beg the other side for help. They'll ignore us, and continue onto the star." He muttered his plot quietly so only the two of them could hear. "We camp by the star and then, get them!" He said with a sudden jolt of energy.
