Can anybody help me with training for chronokinesis (time control) So far all I know is to get silence exept for a ticking clock/metronome/ect. and to understand that time is a concept that doesn't exist, and to feel the spaces between ticks getting larger/smaller until it changes your view on time so you see everything as faster or slower

Ohh thats not an easy subject. I can do it but it takes a ton of time and concentration. For starters I'd suggest starting small, kind of like the way I discovered it. Its best to try it when your first waking up in the morning. When you first wake up look at the clock, remember that time and snooze for a while, then look at the clock again. it should be a lot less than you thought it was. If you want to try this another time of the day, say in the middle of class when your bored X3 just remember that feeling of when you where snoozing and focus on it. you should have the same effect. As far as making time go faster, I'm not entirely sure yet, its not something I myself have been able to do. time is all in your head, its a universal idea and thought, there fore can be modified by your own thought and mind. If I learn more I'll let you know ^^ *wants to know what others think* Nothing I have said is fact Like i've said before, just my ideas and experience

thanks for the help, the way i did it before barely made a difference but was still a good experience, for some reason making time slower and going into the past seems to be easier than fast and futuristic methods of time travel/time manipulation i have ideas on how i could make a time machine that can go only into the past witch i think makes you go into an alternate universe, one of the infinite amount and because you go back in time when you turn it on you from the future apears in a spacial tear because when you turn it on is the only time you can go back to because there would be nothing to apear in otherwise, but the problem is the estimated price for it is $252,000+tax for something that might not work, because i cant control time well without a lot of money i want to learn as much about cronokinesis as i can before going into anything deeper, another downside of my time machine is it kinda sorta could suck the universe into it, then rip it apart into neutrons, protons, and electrons, then rip them blowing everything up, just a "slight" problem i could encounter
