She was talking about how by this time next year, she's going to be skinnier than me and I jokingly said "How do you know? What if I lose a ton of weight?" and she said "I wanna get down to 120 or 125."

And I gave her the weirdest confusey look ever like "WHAAAT." and replied "I just wanna be 140!"

Like...125 from what she is now is a HUGE ******** goal. Really drastic change. And I doubt it will ever happen and I doubt it'd look good on her. I dunno though, I could be wrong!

But I think setting smaller goals for yourself is better. I don't think it's good to be really big and think "I WANNA GET DOWN TO 100 LBS."

Even me, I'm not that big but I used to weigh 135 so I'm bigger than I used to be. But I'm not going to make it my goal right away to get back to that!

In fact I even made a thread earlier, I'm 1/3 of the way back to what I want to be and I'm pretty happy with myself. I think that if I said right now "I wanna be 135!" and then looked at my progress it would just discourage me.

I DUNNO, THOSE ARE MY THOUGHTS. But everybody's different so I dunno maybe it's fine for her.
