The reason why that stuff doesn't matter? Because Tarry is a follower. He'll change his habits or style to match his friends or meister.
What does matter is the meister's fighting style. They need to be quick and agile, since his bow form is very light. They need to be good at aiming (or not) if they wanna have a successful battle. Or they could use him as a throwing or bashing weapon. Go figure.
Tarry's abilities:
Because he's just a bow he doesn't have any arrows. Instead he amplifies the users wavelength and shoots that out as arrows. He can fire arrows different ways. One Arrow, Three arrows, Splitting arrows, Seeker Arrows.
In soul resonance he becomes a bit heavier but gives the user temporary flight (for about 30 minutes). Also his S.R. form has more powerful and faster arrows. Below is his info.

Bio: A very timid boy. He will follow anyone who says they can help him. Making him very easy to manipulate. He can be described as a wandering soul. He's shy around people he's not used to. And frightens very easily.
The reason he's so jumpy is because he grew up in a secluded neighborhood, and no one wouldn't to have anything to do with him because of his weapon status. Not even his parents wouldn't anything to do with him because the fact that he carried his Grandfather's "cursed blood." His spinelessness also makes him compatible to anyone, because he will do whatever he's told without hesitation. He also has weird interests and habits. Such as eyeball acupuncture, collecting old spider egg sacs, and he eats everything with a spoon.
