your pretty good.
I noticed you hide your hands a lot behind your characters backs, are you perhaps not that good at hands (in your opinion)?
You got the basic anatomy down, you need to work and get better, I suggest looking at some tutorials on different sites and by different people to see their styles and improve on your own. That's what I did and I'm pretty good, but I still have trouble on hands >.<. I suggest looking on Deviant Art for tutorials on manga/anime(anime gets you more results, I think), on hands and whatever else. That site has lots of works by many different users.
Keep practicing, you'll get really good one day.
