This is where the captain usually does the paperwork for all og the actions the sqaud undertakes.Disturbing the captain is only suggested if it is Importent,or you are feeling like you need to do some paper work.

Dear Captains,
I have been mortified by the number of Reapers who have been defecting.
I feel that we must take action against this catastrophic occurance.I volunteer myself to lead a strike team to enter hueco mundo and eradicate not only the rogue shinigami,but to destroy the primera with a single executed attack.I have realized that many captains,along with their second and third seat units,beleive that such an action would cause too much damage to our own while destroying very little comparitivly,that is why I offer up this calculation;By destroying all those who left the Shinigami and destroying the Primera we shall inflict great morale damage to the enemy and make an example of those who have betrayel in their heart.

Grinon Barrett was in the office in place of the captain. "Oh your wachiskae, right? Yes the captain left something. Kh-Avin has made the entire squad 11 facility from materials of the world of the living. He has included several traps from the world of the living. Your the bait to test them." He joked."Kh-Avin actually wanted you to go to Karakura town and pose as a human. You'll find clothes in the barracks. Please check out the high school, and don't use a gigai."

Wachiskae looked at Grinon " If i don't use a Gigai how will i be seen by humans?" He asked puzzled as he started for the door. "after all we are not seen to the human eye" He said raising a eye brow.

"There are two purposes." Grinon replied "The first is you would be trained to pick up any information from hollows and shingami in the feild without appearing to do so. Everyone that you'll be investigating will see you and if you suppress your abilities only the hungriest hollows will be able to smell you. The second is that we have a gift awaiting our newest members which requires them to be there." Grinon stopped. Opened a small part of his arm and a blue crystal with a golden ring around it was pulled from his arm. He held it up saying; "This is a pylon, something we magi have. If you see an arrancar use a burst of reitsu on the pylon and focus your will on attacking the arrancar. You will have a duplicate of all of it's memories, although he still retains them." Grinon walked to the console. "I will be sending an unseated with you as back up. If you guys find anything then you'll find a new partner."
