Failure to comply with these rules and guidelines may result in disciplinary action and ultimately the termination of you from the clan.


Please be aware that if your banned, you will no longer be able to access this clan.


First two offenses will result in warnings.

Third time is removal from the clan.

Prohibited Conduct

BY BEING IN THIS CLAN YOU AGREE not TO


1. "stalk", harass, threaten, or defraud other

2. send, post, or make available pornographic, threatening, embarrassing, hateful, racially or ethnically insulting, deceptive, tortuous, defamatory, libelous, or otherwise inappropriate or offensive content to other Members

3. make unsolicited or inappropriate offers, advertisements or proposals for goods, services or other commercial activities, or send junk posts or chain letter posts to other Members

4. impersonate another person or access another Member's account without permission, or impersonate Gaia staff

5. fail to deliver payment for any purchases made

6. post, request, or link to sexually explicit material or conduct

8. . Be Constructive! When commenting on artwork or reviewing web links, please try to be NICE. If your comments are excessively insulting or vulgar, action may be taken to remove you from the clan

9. As far as Images, Poems, Stories and all Art work:

• Give credit where credit is due. This means that if the work isn't purely your own, you must give credit to whoever else made it.
