I'd say this was a "hiring" thread, but that would imply cash reward, which this doesn't have. Though we might be able to work up an appreciation gift of some sort, we aren't looking for people to come on to earn reward. The people we want for RP managers are the ones that are already prepared to play the part - the ones that love to innovate and share their ideas, who are willing to invest in the community, just for the sake of having fun.
There are exactly three goals that a RP manager should aspire to. They should try to:
....- Bring renewed energy into Fa'e by creating and participating in new roleplay ideas;
....- Spot and seize opportunities for interesting roleplay, both as a community and for individual Fa'e;
....- Encourage and reward roleplay activity among Guardians and questers in the thread.
Although people within the community are likely to be preferred, anyone is able to apply for these positions - even if you've already been one before, even you don't have a Fa'e. Selections will be made first by a shop manager and then, if there are still a number of qualified applicants, by popular vote.
It's not always an easy job, but it's a fun one, and it's a huge help to the community - HUGE HUGE HUGE, as in, we need you! If you think you have what it takes, read on!
